Paranoia or Near Miss?

So I made a date with a Locanto SP. Not Angelina who would be my regular but I believe might be retiring. Another girl who does not post frequently and I won't name because I am not sure of what I experienced today.

 

Everything was arranged in advance, rate, service, time etc.

 

On the way there the SP messages me : "Are you ok with my girlfriend (romantic not just her buddy) being here?" I'm fine with this but I do ask if the girlfriend is going to be ok with what's going to happen when I arrive? Apparently everything is cool and the GF is just going to be hanging out in the living room while we do our thing. No big deal to me.

 

I arrive at the location right on time and text to say so. SP says give her a few mins. Typical and not at all concerning. Then she suggests for an additional fee I can have both of them. I am not prepared for this. As a rule I only bring as much as I need to secure the date, never more. She suggests E-transfer. I'm not interested, but the way the SP is pushing and hasn't invited me in is already making me second guess this encounter.

 

I am parked immediately outside the location, so close that they could look out the window and see me there. The SP then asks me to send her a photo of myself. Right then a car with two men in their 20's pull up immediately behind me. One of whom I can see through my rear view mirror is pointing to the house and texting at the same time.

 

Spidey sense is going wild and I start the car and get out of there. 

 

I don't know for sure that anything nefarious was about to occur but I was rattled. The SP messaged me to say she will never see me after this episode and if she was legit, I don't blame her. 

 

The point of this story is to let you guys know that it's ok to pull out at the last second if you feel unsafe. This hobby is not worth being robbed, beaten, or worse.

There's 3 different red flags there:

-The last minute duo thing is a classic scam.
-The picture of your face...I'm not going to get into because this'll be another 50+ post thread if I do. You know what I'm thinking on that one.
-If I see a car pull up after the girl texts me to wait I am GONE. I have read many stories of people getting robbed over the years and "I saw a car pull up but didn't think anything of it" is a very common theme.

Funny story on the last point, one time I went to see someone at one of those hotels with the exterior entranceway to the rooms. I text her she tells me just a few minutes. Then some middle aged pudgy guy in sunglasses gets out of his car and stands outside one of the rooms with his arms folded like a bouncer. You could not have picked a more stereotypical looking cop if you tried. I get the text to come in and of course it's that room. I leave, the girl calls me 10 minutes later all pissed, we talk for a bit and I decide this is way too much effort to be a sting so I come back. As I pull in the guy is still there, I decide to just wait and see what happens. Finally who I assume was his wife comes out of the same car and they enter the room on the other side of where he was standing. It turned out to be a total coincidence, this guy just decided to stand in that exact spot for no reason cock blocking me while he waited for his wife.

With that being said I would do the exact same thing if it happened again, in fact in hindsight I probably shouldn't have even gone back but I was new to this at the time. In this hobby its better to play it too safe and filter off legit options than not enough and land yourself in a bad situation.

I definitely agree with you. This hobby isn't worth messing yourself up over.

That’s true quite was sketchy it made me think does cops do such drills on SP or clients? I thought if 2 adults are involved it’s none of their business

It's illegal to buy but legal to sell, so they can go after you but not the SP. The laws aren't enforced at all around here, but they do exist. Stings arent very common, several years ago there was a wave in Sydney with street walkers but i havent heard of any since then. And you're never going to get a cop standing outside of the room like that obviously, but its easier to accept that when you arent looking at a guy standing outside the room youre going in lol.
