Yeah that feels like a trap. The assumption when reaching out should be full service. If the services being offered are limited that is important to know in advance. I try to only bring the exact amount of cash with me so surprising me with extra fees in the moment just pisses me off because I may be willing to pay but if I dont know until my pants are down that's a problem
