Oshean in Winnipeg appears to be in some hot water...

Two sheriff's officers who appeared in a steamy online video with a local escort are now putting her in a new position: defendant.

 

The sheriffs are suing a local escort/porn star who goes by the name of Oshean for damages, according to a media report last night.

 

The male and female plaintiff claim they were not informed the video would be distributed on the Internet and allege any consent form signed by either or both of them isn't legal because they were drunk at the time.

 

The lawsuit also calls for the removal of Oshean's website, on which the threesome video appears, according to the media report.
