I would only be watching while she enjoyed her first time with another woman. My wife is a beautiful 30 year old, avg body, beautiful firm tits, and a great ass. If she's nervous and shy allowing her to interact with the chosen SP will help some of those walls come down and build that comfort level then she will likely not need booze to lower her inhibitions. Some SP's meet with couples but only after she's already met with the man and determined that he's a good date. And as was mentioned, considering this is your wife's intimate experience more so than yours, she should be the person deciding on who to see. Finally, is your wife really comfortable with the idea. I only ask because you mentioned she wants to be tipsy. Just my opinion, but whether man or woman, wanting to be tipsy before an intimate encounter would be a sign that a person really isn't comfortable with the idea of being intimate with a person.
