It is a pastry crust with cream puff pastry around and filled with vanilla bourbon pastry cream topped with whipped cream and garnish with cream puff balls filled with same cram dipped in crack caramel! tbaymike 130 Report post Posted April 4, 2013 If you are ever in Thunder Bay, you have to go to the Caribou restaurant and have the raspberry crème broule. It is so good that they actually sell it separately as a "to go" but it is not the same as having it there. The place is a little more upscale, has a great wine selection and a fantastic menu. Apple Pie and French Vanilla Ice Cream 3. Chocolate Cake 4. Ice Cream, specifically Pralines and Cream from Baskin and Robbins 5.
