Scott Alan Rigby, 37, is wanted on a charge for fail to comply with a recognizance after breaching a term of his court order. Police say Rigby has a history of violence toward women involved in sex work. He is transient, but it's believed he may be in the downtown area. Rigby is described as white five-foot-eleven, 220 pounds with a heavy build. He has brown hair, with a Mohawk cut, which extends longer to the rear. Rigby has several tattoos on his arms and legs and also has obvious scars on both his arms and legs. If anyone knows of Rigby's whereabouts call the Hamilton Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit at 905-546-8911 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
