Most old trends are funny looking back Music - 50s (Largely due to Sinatra), although I love oldies from the 20s-40s War - 90s Fashion - 60s Social - Right now Humour - 80s, only when considering British politically incorrect comedy (Mind your language ftw!) What decade set the bar for you & why? I can't pick one over the other. - 80s were terrible for the fashion and trends. -90s went overboard with sappy comedies. - 40s, and 60s and the current one sucks in the war category. - I guess for lack of anything particularly bad happening, and the promise of tomorrow, I'd say the 50s. Although the 60s with humanity's ambition to collectively reach to the sky makes it rank pretty high on my list. - Come to think of it, the 20s may not have been too bad as well. CristyCurves 169032 Report post Posted June 20, 2013 I'd have to say there are 3 decades I love to be able to have lived in the 30's-40's-50's- all for the fashion, the way they talked, the cars, love big band music, art deco.
