With regards to my strengths, I am openly confident about them especially when work related. I must be or I will definitely fall behind where I want to be. In my personal life, again, I will be openly confident of my strengths and pursue that which will make me stronger. I am however, quietly confident in strengthening my weaknesses. I know what they are and I work daily to strengthen them. Unfortunately, these weaknesses are deeply rooted for reasons not necessary to disclose and now that the underlying reasons have been exposed, the work has begun to strengthen and turn these into open confidence.
