Would parts of Canada do the same ? Any members know ?
Newton 714 Report post Posted January 21, 2010 I've two problems with the situation. One, they use an archaic law. Two, they're total hypocrites if they practice the sex acts at home. Posted via Mobile Device
Guest Ou**or**n Report post Posted January 21, 2010 It not if they do or do not but that they chose to enforce something that archaic based on a morality stance. Would parts of Canada do the same ? Any members know ? Some of these were criminal acts in Canada until changed in the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1968-69. It was this act that caused the then Minister of Justice Pierre Trudeau to utter his famous quotes: "there's no place for the state in the bedrooms of the nation" and "what's done in private between adults doesn't concern the Criminal Code"
