disgusting? Help me out here, gentlemen (ladies too!!)

Recommended Posts

I was told that it was disgusting to kiss men in the champagne room. Do you agree with this?

Perhaps I am not seeing what others are seeing? I am not going to go off and kiss a man with sores on his mouth! Haha!

Thanks...

My vote would be no, but that's me. Sadly the mouth is likely one of people's cleanest spots and a lot more germs are on hands etc. So kiss away :)

I'm no stripper Bella, but from what I gather is that its the rules of the gals NOT to kiss the clients in the CR. Mainly because most girls dont, if you are kissing clients in the champagne room, the dude in the stall next to you getting a dance from another dancer is going to get pissy that SHEs not doing it to him.

it can create a lot of drama from what I've known of my friends who dance so I would really just tread carfefully.....its not disgusting per se, but a huge faux-pas and you could get fired from it in some places or deal with a lot of girls being fed up with you and feeding your boss BS about you. I dont think you want that stress.

a kiss is just a kiss....sometimes not

To be brutally honest (as I only know how), my tongue has been in a lot worse places than a dancers mouth in the champagne room. (...butt maybe that's the point hahaha! :S ...or is that... :P haha)

Not to say I expect much at a stripclub, therefore anything beyond just dancing ones panties off to the floor, is endearing to me (and, in general, makes me give a dancer mo' $). Whether dancing, SPing or dating someone new, cooties have always been around (at least since Primary School).

MuAHS! ;)

Guys, I wouldnt encourage her to get flax from her fellow competition. Shes new to the biz and i really think she should ween out the drama. I've sat in CRs getting dances with buds...the bouncer always comes over to make sure the girl isnt offering herself too much to the guy, its not for her protection at that point and I'll admit I've sucked on a gals tit in the CR...but kissing is something that not ALL strippers are willing to do...it makes all their jobs harder when one girl is offering it right beside them and their guy says "so wheres MY kiss eh sweetie?"

you just have to think about it like that. I'm no stripper like I said, but I know pleanty of the politics of Strip clubs between the gals...and its UGLY. I'd rather not sweet Bella have to deal with all that crap.

sorry guys but you have a differnt angle (from the chair, lol) of the way things go behind the scenes there. Not razzing on you men here just tryin to look out for her. as the CR generally has no real YMMV policy if one drunken guy sees that another girl is giving more milage because her client and her tend to click durring a dance-session more on an intimate level than what hes getting.

if you have to kiss, or rubb your pussy up against a bare leg or put your breast in his mouth or whatever your hightened milage may be above other girls in the CR, Bella, the key is discretion...do it discreetly and teasingly...no prolonged high-school make-out sessions or it will send some very bad vibes all around...well except to your client, which may be a temporary great score for more dances $$$....but in the long-run create a lot of anger and jealousy towards you amongst other girls there (especially being the new girl) that you may not be ready to deal with. I'll admit, you're not there to make friends, but I've heard of some girls going through some very drastic measures to ween out their cometition (ie. claiming they saw a client finger you etc) you DONT need that.

my two cents, I'd like to hear another dancer or lady chime in here not just the guys who say its ok....frankly, I think this is a question that should have been posted to the ladies only, as only other girls or other dancers will be able to give her an honest (and non biased) opinion

I am chiming in here, cause you asked :)

Strippers, (women in general) can be really catty and mean. Think Mean Girls (the movie). The client that comes in, he may come back, just because you were extra nice to him, but you don't have to work with him. You do have to work with the rest of the girls, though.

It is to your benefit, if you do things their way or without a doubt, they will make working really difficult. I have danced here and there, and I have worked in some really catty escort/massage parlors/agencies. I have seen girls quit in tears, because other girls gossiped about them, spread lies, told management lies, played cruel practical jokes, etc, etc.

The girls that generally make the most money are the ones that can get along with everybody, girls, clients and management.

If you get along with the girls, then working is a fun place to go, instead of a stressful, horrible place. (this does not mean kissing ass. Nobody likes an ass kisser, lol)

If you get along with the clients, they come back, and give you tons of money. You do not need to go the extra mile in a strip club. In a strip club, it is all looks and personality, not the extras that bring them back (sometimes dancing ability, lol). There are cute, teasing, sexy ways to say no, and have the guy liking you more, than when you say yes.

If you get along with management, they send you high rolling clients, give you better shifts, etc, etc, etc.

Kissing is not the norm for a lapdance in Ottawa, and to be quite frank, I dislike it when women raise the bar. If you are going to kiss in the CR, at least charge extra! :)

I recognize clients may not like my answer, but I'm giving it from a dancer/business perspective.

I agree with all. Firstly it's not disgusting. A lot more happens in some clubs so kissing is not a big deal IMHO. I really appreciate it when it happens. That being said the other dancers will not appreciate it if you offer "services" that they do not.

Depending on the club you may be OK. If the CR offers adequate privacy you can do what you want (within reason). If the room is open you may want to consult the other dancers on what the norm is for the club.

My sense is that they'd appreciate you wanting to abide by the standard they have established.

I am most likely to return to a dancer that gives several kisses. Kissing is an art form. But I believe the girls don't kiss every client, I believe they kiss the guys that turn them on like the ones that massage their body.

So if you kiss me I am more likely to get more dances.

I don't see it as any different than SP kissing a client . Hopefully you'll use scope or listerine between clients.

Its like a dancer have her tits sucked by a client, hopefully she washes inbetween clients.

And I'm sure you do all of thatt!!!

My sense, at least in spending a good deal of time talking to some of the most experienced dancers at Barbs, is that ... if you are new, and you make an impresssion based on kissing customers (or doing other things) when that is defintiely not the norm ... you are going to be viewed negatively by the other girls. And that's never a good thing when you are new and haven't made friends. Most of the negative commentary you hear from these experienced ladies is that "so and so" is ____-ing customers (choose your verb) and there isn't a lot of patience for those types of dancers.

That being said, I will usually get a light kiss on the lips at the beginning of a dance session and at the end. Its all about discretion and becomming part of the "team" IMO.

I don't want any drama, and I don't think anyone else does (hmmm... or do they? hard to tell with some of the girls I work with, but I'm not here to talk shit.)

I'm glad I got so many responses, since strip clubs don't leave any room for naive girls.

What I've learnt so far: know the rules before you play the game...

Well, what are the rules really? If you come here or go to other boards and read about all the girls who provide extra 'mileage', you might get the impression that there's a norm to be followed in order to be more successful. Yet the last time I went to a club, I went outside for a smoke and spoke with a girl crying about some guy who whipped his dick out while she was in the CR with him. And no doubt there are many girls who are not too fond of any contact, but probably only do so because they need the money. There was a time not too long ago where any touching was verboten. Some girls may have allowed it but now it's perceived as mandatory.

Seems to me it would be in the best interests of the owners of SC to keep a "no touch" policy and make sure the bouncers are enforcing it. Seems like the best way to keep the drama levels down with the girls and customers as well as protecting themselves from LE.

This was the exact conversation that caused some controversy a few months ago. According to a dancer, the girls don't wash off their tits between clients. If hygiene is your biggest concern, probably better to book a SP where the activity isn't illicit and doesn't have to be done furtively.

a particular Cerb member who wished to remain annonymous had this to say, it a perspective I didnt even consider: (add: he was a bouncer for strip clubs)

"....correct. not only do they cause grief to the other girls but also to the club itself. When I was brought into the biz it was to clean up a particular bar due to the fact the milliage was getting a little too long. Not only is drama with the girls being caused she also may be causing a rift between herself and the lads hired to protect her. I know i was somewhat slower to respond to a girl who was breaking the rules or to take her side in an argument with a client. It directly affects these lads also unlike the girls The door staff in a strip club is usually a bit older and they are well paid by the club to protect the clubs intrests. So if there are girls thinking that that they can get away with a little more then the rest of them. well a direct confrontaion would most likley not happen. But there is more then one way to skin a cat."

Bella,

You were so happy before and now seem sad and disillusioned.

I know there are unwritten rules for stripclubs, but there's something ridiculous about a dancer causing trouble because she likes to kiss - on the lips - once in a while. Whatever happened to YMMV? Isn't discretion the answer?

I don't know anything about Ottawa strip clubs in particular. But, speaking generally: in any workplace, conforming to the prevailing "culture", and accepting the established practices, is an important part of fitting in and being productive.

Different workplaces have different cultures and different norms, one from the other. These norms are not necessarily either right or wrong in themselves, but just the way things have been found to work best in a particular place.

Personally, I am familiar with a number of successful companies that I have dealt with in my working life. Some people who flourish, with successful careers, in the employ or management of any one of these companies can leave to join another of the companies in the same industry, yet find that, although the companies are equally successful, the corporate cultures are so different that the employee does not thrive while holding the same job in their new company. And vice-versa.

To change the culture of any workplace is very difficult, even for a CEO. I would think that it would usually be much more productive to spend one's energy in the seeking-out of a workplace whose existing culture dovetails with one's own preferences.

Kissing in the back will definetly cause problems with other girls, as well as any other extras. If you want to give a guy a kiss at the end of the cd you can give a sexy kiss on the cheek nice and slow, or maybe 2. It can be just as sexy, but watch out for those smooth guys who turn there head real fast to get some sugar. lol Hope that helps babe.

I was a little hesitant to chime in here, because I don't want to spoil a good thing. I won't go into which clubs, but I have visited CR's all over Canada including NCR with my girlfriend. I am a lucky guy in that my girlfriend loves to get ld's together. All of this is to say, while I have never kissed a dancer, I have been present while there was some heavy kissing going on between dancer and client...if you follow me. Like I said, I was hesitant because I don't want to spoil anything good, and maybe it's just because its with another attractive female, but kissing def does happen.

It could certainly cause trouble between the girls if kissing was offered as well as any extras. But, a kiss or two on the cheek when leaving the CR should be fine. This is a fantasy, fun, sexy endeavour - chemistry will always play a part. A kiss can be part of the seduction with certain clients, so I see no problem with a dancer giving me a little kiss while she is dancing, very discreetly I might add.

A full on lip lock or make out session would be totally different, and should be viewed like the girls that offer extras. You know their offered and trouble will occur between the girls.

I've kissed a number of dancers at various clubs in Ottawa, and not just a farewell kiss, either. It happens. If Bella is comfortable doing it, so be it. She just needs to pick her spots and make sure the guy isn't telling other girls about it.

Interesting thread. I have had this happen on a couple of occasions. Both times in the Champagne room. Both times were very pleasant and added to the experience very nicely. We both enjoyed it and in the CR it should be a more personal experience between two people. I don't really know the politics of strip clubs, but I am sure there are girls that would be upset with other dancers who are getting the work if they aren't.
