Emma Alexandra 123366 Report post Posted March 5, 2010 Cerb is a God send to us companions and Sp's alike...I'm not sure if you gentlemen realize this or not but in order for us to advertise on other sites we have to pay...not just pay to advertise but pay to be degraded,insulted and more. Sure there are lots of decent guys that maybe on those sites but they i think sometimes are afraid to say anything as they might get bashed. I did however have one positive on another Canadian board where someone was saying some BS about me and the guys that knew me all spoke up...it made me feel wonderful...but i decided not to use these other boards anymore...I'm on strike...lol....why a person pays to be treated like crap is beyond me. It seems as though there are those who simply wait in the weeds for the first opportunty to jump down someone's throat and I really don't like it. It is for this reason and a few others I discontinued any association with all other boards. I have found that over the years civility in many aspects of society has deteriorated to the sewer level and that notwithstanding I strive to be polite, cordial and civil to everyone. The very notion that respect is to be earned doesn't exist in my book in that I will afford everyone everywhere complete and total respect until such time they do something to no longer deserve it. The fact that anyone is being abusive to you Emma totally boggles my mind and certainly lends support to my observation that there has been and continues to be a decline in civility. I refuse to participate in any arena that degrades, humiliates, harasses or hurts any person, for any thing. I had to learn the hard way, and I hope others don't. Sure I took a beating (figuratively) but it sure made me open my eyes. People are not meat, to be graded in the number system of LSA Etc. We are people, not a steak! andflemcol 3975 Report post Posted March 6, 2010 I suppose in a perfect world, the other boards (review boards) would work the way they are supposed to. That is,... the reviews would be honest and helpful. Lets face it, there are some girls that should not be in the business and the reviews would help weed out them out. Unfortunately, we are not living in a perfect world,.... actually far from it. There are guys that should not be allowed into the review boards because they are less than honest, vindictive and down right hurtful. An SP who has worked so hard to establish a good reputation (Emma does come to mind) is at risk of having that reputation severely damaged by a posting from some idiot that for no ones fault but their own .... did not meet their expectations of the encounter. It is for that reason that I believe a recommendation board is a more honest and helpful tool for the guys and a kinder and more respectful option for the girls. It allows SPs and providers free advertising, and it allows the gentlemen a place to share positive experiences with said SPs. They've kicked me off for saying I was trying to advertise for free, when I was only thanking my clients of the past and future. I truly dislike the Mod too. I'm sure that'll come back to haunt me. But he's like Big Brother watching us like hawks, just waiting for us to fuck up. Cerb is the exact opposite, in every sense of the word. I just wish more Winnipeggers got onto Cerb and off that other board. But I think a lot of them prefer the negativity and drama over there. Reviews are old fashioned and have ruined a lot of Service providers trying their best to keep up with the constant high demands of un-educated clients. Once I was well shocked to hear that an escort here in England received a bad review on a review site for not going ahead with unprotected sex?? God forbid if you gave a lady a nice review especially if you had less than 100 posts, you would surely be accused of shilling. The ladies are often scored by points which I hated and found very degrading. " her looks were a 2 but her oral skills scored a 5...." I love Cerb and have met many wonderful people here.
