mod 135639 Report post Posted August 1, 2014 1) c36 is not a law yet. 2) if DATO takes place in a commercial massage spa the spa would indeed be considered a common bawdy house. At this time this is illegal under current law. Valerie works as a indie fs provider and not out of a spa so she can offer dato in a private outcall without this being illegal. If you seek this from a standard massage spa it would indeed be illegal not ambiguous as it crosses the same line as BJ, daty and fs (as you do not massage using your tongue on a persons anus and consider that a massage) ...
