Actor in CTV sitcom charged with voyeurism

Toronto Police have arrested actor Jean Paul Manoux and charged him with voyeurism.

Manoux, 45, is from Los Angeles and stars on the CTV sitcom Spun Out, filmed in Toronto. His other television credits include roles on Community, Wilfred and Modern Family.

The allegations against the actor were made by two women in their twenties who rented a condo from Manoux near Queen St. W. and Gladstone Ave.

The two women later found hidden cameras connected to the internet in the condo, according to a police press release. Police became involved on Jan. 22 after responding to a call about the video equipment.

Manoux has rented out the condo previously and police believe there may be other victims. Spun Out, whose cast is led by Dave Foley, begins airing its second season begins later this year, with a special preview this Sunday evening after the Super Bowl on CTV.
