I didn't read the original post.. but I think what he meant was ''use the services of said service provider''.. and shortened it to use. No ill will meant and IMHO no ill intent should be taken..

sure.. I don't like the term sp.. I find it too clinical and not the least bit sexy.. but hey.. someone started using it and for some reason it caught on.. no idea why. I'm some what put off by your interpretation of the context people are using when discussing services they render between one another. I'm also a bit offended by the implications on pooners who 9 times out of 10 (I'm hoping it's actually 10) are very respectful gentlemen and treat these ladies they way they ought to be. I guess that means I agree with you sort of but not really?

I believe a much better way to phrase things is to say, "I saw a lady whose company I really enjoyed, or I saw "name" last week, and it was a wonderful encounter etc..
