i spoke with lisa (who runs the phones at night) and spoke with the ladies. ACcording to them the clients were drunk and beligerant and they left early because they didn't feel secure. Lisa hadn't noticed the client's slurring when they called the 1st time but while the complaint was being made afterwards it was very apparent. Again at 230am these things happen.We are not faulting the clients for getting drunk, it was our fault for even sending these girls over in the first place. I think both parties can learn from this experience.

You should take my recommendation and see Kelly. As i told you before she has nothing but great reviews on cerb and having spoken with her before she seems to be what you are looking for in terms of blonde and beautiful. Probably as close as you'll get to what you are wanting.

yea, for any info about the ladies who work with us best to call us and ask the specifics because we always have extra info to include about the girls that basic measurements just don't do.

We figure if anyone is really interested in seeing anyone with us they will just call and we will happily provide you with any specifics.

I think it is totally appropriate to ask a guy to go clean himself if he needs it. Personal hygiene is very important and is climatic to a good time! Awareness of your own personal hygiene is essential and there is nothing wrong with pointing bad hygiene out in a respectable manner and offering to shower with the client at any point during the session. Just my 2 cents~!

Hey Mod, I appreciate your input on Agencies and I think in alot of cases you are probably right. Just a few points that I would want to clarify... First off, IF an escort that works with us would have done 5 calls a day, 7 days a week.. (Which in our opinion is WAY too much) They would have earned anywhere from 3200-4500 per week plus tips.. Which would be very comparable to someone independant. I also agree with you that this is a business that if you don;t have your heart into, it really shows.. So for this reason we will book only for someone a maximum of 5 days a week. We recommend 3-4 days as this can be stressful and people have to have a life. We pre-book with Schedules therefore the days that they are working they can be as busy as they want to be and they can easily work around a schedule that they have agreed on. With the experience of being in the business for a while, we have compiled a list of "problem customers" ie aggressive, no shows, or thefts.. (And it numbers in the hundreds). Therefore there is an extra layer of protection from our screening process.. We also insist on a landline and we reverse look-up before sending on a call. We employ people to answer the phones at night, as well as answer e-mails promptly and talk to our huge customer base realtime online on our MSN list. We offer the ladies our drivers for personal use 24-7. And we spend ALOT of money on color/display Ads as well as huge phone bills in order to keep things rolling. All of those things aside, makes this an attractive place for ladies to come and work. In fact the majority of the ladies that do come to us are Independants and find at the end of the day they ended up ahead being here. Without getting into financial details, I will say that our agency fee is considerably lower than 50%, it is even lower than 40%.. the fact that we are high volume makes up for it. And last point on Turnover of ladies.. Our agency has a zero tolerance on drug use when working.. If we see a problem we nip it in the bud. It puts the ladies and the clients at risk when they are not in control. As well as from a legal point of view it puts the agencies at risk. Lets face it; this is not a career choice for everyone. Our view is that hopefully it is a means to an end, and alot of the ladies that work with us are students or people trying to move up a bit in their world. When people leave us, we try to keep on good terms and we like to keep in touch with them. I just felt compelled to respond to this thread as it seemed very anti-agency, and I think that in many cases you are correct. But I don;t think that every agency should be lumped into the same group. Cheers, Jessica

I have personally witnessed harrasment from this Guy from Gentlements Choice. Veronica who was quite a favourite here in Ottawa when she was with us had him obsessing on her. As well as texting threatening messages. He is absolutely a menace and I am sorry to hear I am not the only one to have had a problem with him. Obviously his business can;t be great as he is having his ladies posting advertisments on Craigslist. Which is usually a sign that they are not doing so well. We actually responded to their ads offering them employment as we are a very busy agency and we are always looking for new talent. I received a few messages back from him whining that I am trying to recruit 'his girls'.. Well if Dave doesn;t want anyone talking to his girls, maybe he might want to be a little more honest about his advertising practices. This guy has nothing to be proud of - I would warn anyone that works with him to be careful. I have seen what he is all about.

Hey Harry O I did tell you that she wasn't gfe....so basically that means....she is very basic. Sorry about that....you should have tried vayda who is total gfe.

I think what everyone has to understand about us is that we are, one of the busiest if not THE busiest agency in the Ottawa Area, because of the selection and the hours that we work. So of course with such high volume you will get the ODD bad review. If you could see it from our end we get feedback constantly, and the majority of the clientel are either not CERB members or don;t have time to post good or bad reviews. But I can assure you that the VAST majority of our clientel is very satisfied with our service. You know Megaman, I know that you have some kind of Gripe with us so really there isn't much I can really say. You have the right to your opinion but don't feel like you have to impose it on others. And I am sure the Mod doesn;t appreciate you telling Cerb members to post on 'other" boards. We have done alot in the last while to do some recruiting. We do our best to keep fresh faces coming in, and with that there is a "learning curve" with alot of newbies. The idea is to have new ladies in that are not Jaded by doing this for years and have good attitudes. Sometimes we get stars like Veronica, or Alicia, or Katlyn that come through our doors.. Sometimes we get people that are not really into it for the long haul. But you will notice we dont work with these people very long. All in all I think we are doing a pretty good job, and I think we work harder and longer than anyone else in the Ottawa area. We can always improve, and we do WELCOME positive critique. As for why you don't hear about other agencies often on this board, the only reason I can think of is that they don't take CERB as seriously as we do. I understand the importance of forums, and I do take the time to respond and keep open dialogue. It is the only way to keep your fingers on the pulse of the industry. Cheers!!! Jessica

The thing is we are beyond busy here, I talk with most other agencies and we are doing 5 times the biz that most of them are. We do what we can to keep people happy but if you know anything about this line of work it is next to impossible to make everyone happy, and more importantly we can't in any real way control the way these ladies do their thing. We offer suggestions but in the end it is such a personal thing, that if it doesn;t click, Shit hits the fan. You mentioned before that you were concerned about rooms not always beiing in order, and I forwarded this to the ladies. Most have heeded this, but we can;t go to their rooms and do spot checks. Not our place to do so. Look, we do welcome feedback we want to provide the best service and stay on top. But if we are attacked, we will obviously stand up for ourselves. thanks again, Jessica

I really want to be nice about this, but I think most people on this forum will look at your posts and agree you come across as a cheap-ass. And this SP didn;t go for it. I spoke to her after I made the last post on here, and she reiterated that you wanted Greek, which was not discussed so the fact she turned you down isn;t a surprise and that you were looking for bareback which once again she didn;t allow. She would have been happy to have been more open but the fact you came across as somebody who wanted the works and didn;t want to tip and made that really clear left a bitter feeling. If you read over the countless positive posts that go into great detail about the amazing service that these ladies have provided to all of our great clientelle that come across with a little bit of class. Maybe you might and scratch your head and ask, Gee I wonder why I got the shaft? Well here;s your answer Bud.. So once again, if you are so dissatisfied with your service please feel free to go elsewhere. As far as that other dude, well.. Ok so I would like to tell the whole story here. First off this guy, the Quebecer had an appointment this afternoon, which he made, then called back to confirm a later Time. Then showed up early. So Brandi had ordered room service and had to cancel it. No big deal. Then he came and and said, I never do this sort of thing, and it;s my birthday, what can I get for free? Now I don;t know about you guys but if I was the SP that would have put me in a shitty mood. Look guys, this is the service industry and these are service providers. If you went out to dinner, and said to the waiter/waitress.. what can I get for free? obviously you are not going to be much of a tipper. Now you are going to get fed, but do you really expect the service to be top notch. Probably not. Same goes for here. Now Quebecer, I know you like to get the most for your money and you don't like paying Ottawa prices, but you are going to have to be a little more tactful if you don;t plan on tipping someone. At least for your own sake be a little less obvious about it. And a final note, accusing us that another client was lying or even worse we were shilling is absolutely retarded. Brando is a great client, and guess what?? He tips very well.. And the ladies that work with us will bend over backwards to make him happy. And that is literally, and figuratively speaking.. LOL
