After reading the post a little slower, I realized that it was not Emma's post you were suggesting be banned but rather the "No Show" character. I guess I had a bad day and wasn't paying attention during my speed reading of your post. I know you didn't mean any disrespect for Emma. Why is a great lady like Emma compelled to post about a no-show? This raises a fundamental question in my mind; do these discussions indicate the overall behaviour level of participants in our SP/hobbyist community is deteriorating when logic tells us that it should be improving because of CERB and similar forums? Or, on the other hand, are these discussions an indication that our community is sophisticated enough to criticise itself and that is the precise way we move our community forward?

I do not know the answer but offer the following additional comments (these comments may not relate to one another):

- 18,186 is a big number. Many of our members are obviously not serious about participating in our community in a reasonable way. Many will simply not get it, so there will always be bad behaviour. Others have expressed this, but to move our CERB community along, can there be a weeding out process? Can Emma?s no show for example be banned from CERB?

Lefty, While agree with most of what you said, I have to draw the line on your comment about Emma's motivation to post a no show. This is a review board for Providers as well as Hobbyists. If this character doesn't fit into the CERB community of respectful and intelligent people, then they should be pointed out. If he booked an appointment and then called after the set time he was supposed to show that he had a medical emergency was disrespectful. There is probably more to Emma's story than she cares to share here in public. The ladies who travel spend considerable amounts of money for flights, suitable lodging food and they depend on hobbyists for a living. When a client books an appointment the provider set aside time for the prospective client and sometimes have to cancel other prospective clients to fit their schedule. I have often heard that its not uncommon for ladies to start preparing at least 1-2 hours before the client shows. They don't get compensated for this prep time. I can fully understand Emma's and other girls point of view on this. Yes shit happens and I'm quite certain that if she felt that the story was genuine, she wouldn't be ranting about. If I dare cancel my dentist appointment on the day I'm supposed to show up, you can be certain I will be billed for it.

If you put yourself in the girls shoes for one day, you can understand how frustrating these situations can be for them

While real medical emergencies do happen, I had to cancel an appointment once as a result of a family member suffering a heart attack.

I think the only other medical emergency that would warrant a cancellation is if while showering he looks down and asks himself, "what the hell is that growing on my dick???!!!"

I often think about why it requires a personal tragedy or a traumatic experience to make changes in our lives. How many times have we seen people overcome these experiences and make lifelong changes that just bring them so much more happiness.

For me I break it down into small "Thanks"

I'm thankful .....

..that I wake up

..I can walk

..I can see my face in the mirror and smile

..I can speak and hear

then I give thanks to all those who love me and I'm able to love back

to all that give me business so I can provide for myself and my family

that I may give to those who are needy.

Don't get me wrong, I have bad days too when I'm angry, sad or scared. Then I think back to all the things I give thanks for, breathe it in and everything just seems brighter.

I have always booked well in advance (3 days plus) for many reasons.

First, I prefer to see a lady as her first appointment of the day, also gives her time to work her schedule,

Secondly, gives me time to properly groom myself (very important)

Thirdly I enjoy the lead up emails, text/pm's or phone calls. It gets us both a little more excited about the meeting and we have an opportunity to discuss what we would like to do during the session.

I only have canceled once and that was due to a serious family illness. I respect the ladies and their time. After all many ladies have many other things going on too. Groceries, maybe kids, house cleaning or just plain relaxing and getting mentally ready for their next appointment.

I guess some women in mens lives just don't get it. Keep your man happy and he won't be looking for opportunities to stray. It really ends up to be the beginning of the end of that relationship. The woman doesn't give a man what he needs to feel like a man, he feels unloved and unwanted. Along comes an understanding woman who can cater to the mans every desire and need. Sailor, I believe that you probably know your body and how it reacts better than anyone. If you decide to back and spend time with a companion, I think you should ask for what you want. I agree with the SP's who work on reference system. It keeps most of the creeps out like Time wasters, guys who send 100 emails before ever meeting the SP, No shows etc...

I started out on a few other boards out east and I can attest to this fear of saying something. God forbid if you gave a lady a nice review especially if you had less than 100 posts, you would surely be accused of shilling. The ladies are often scored by points which I hated and found very degrading.

I just wanted to share what I observed while doing some shopping at my local Walmart. I noticed a large bus parked outside Walmart and was thinking to myself, wow people are coming here in bus loads now to the store. Well it was a busload alright, and in the store I could see dozens of Red Cross workers assisting Haitian families in getting much needed supplies to begin their new life here. I witnessed adults and children with bruises, scratches, bandages, burns and casts that were protecting broken bones. I could only stand and watch in a stupor as this team of Red Cross workers and rescued Haitians were loading carts of supplies for these families. I've seen the devastation on the news but now I saw the blank stares and watery eyes of the people who have just gone through probably the most horrific event in their lives. For me this made it real. I take my hat off to the Red Cross and all the other organizations who are helping. I will continue to donate what ever I can.

First of all every Ad/Post I have ever replied to I have received an answer.

I have never just blindly sent out 10 requests. I think that guys who do that probably have a problem with their approach and will not get many if any responses.

I do through research and read the websites many times over. I know right up front whether the girl will meet my expectations.

The pictures are also very important. I mean not only what they are showing, but also the surroundings. I've always tried to look behind the scenes. I look at where the pics were taken apartment, studio or outdoors etc. I'll pick up on their living environment if the pics are taken in the home.
