So what does women's porn look like, versus the images and movies made for men?

• Linton's "sensual DVD," Man of My Dreams, is a series of eight sexy vignettes that range from a quickie with a fireman to a passionate session on a kitchen table -- and they're divided into different sexual experiences, from soft and sensual to raunchy and racy. While Linton acknowledges that some women are actually into the hard-core, graphic sex scenes that men tend to prefer, she's trying to offer women a softer, more eroticized viewing experience. Before making Man of My Dreams, Linton held a focus group to watch pornography and discuss their preferences. She found that most women were turned off by the lame, implausible dialogue that accompanies a number of such movies, so she opted for music instead of words. Her focus group also preferred more romantic scenarios to explicit action, a cue Linton integrated into her softer scenes.
  
• The idea that men and women are turned on by different visual stimulus isn't new. In 1994, psychologist Dr. Ellen Laan reported the results of her study to determine how a group of women responded to man-made, male-centric porn versus woman-made, female-centric porn. Well,well....

There are a couple of issues that seem to repeat themselves...I should say that I appreciate all the cleanliness and respect of my friends at CERB...

I have encountered the following turn-off situations:

A-If a gentleman is not circumcised, he should always wash himself in the bathroom provided by the SP before any intimacy occurs. The bathroom is not only to alleviate the bladder before jumping into our embraces.

B-Unwashed hands touching us in our most delicate areas and sometimes even nails that are uncared (be toenails or fingernails), and believe me "short nails" carry as much bacteria as long nails if they are not freshly cleaned!

C- Gentlemen who always arrive late. Most of them have an excuse and we are glad to get the phone call with the explanation, but when it happens all the time is most annoying.

D-Talking about your SO in a derogatory manner. She may not be your ideal, but it is in absolute bad taste to badmouth her while in our presence. Same goes for badmouthing other SP's ...I do not allow it and refuse to answer to such comments.

As I said, I treasure all my CERB friends and thanks Almighty these occurrences are infrequent!

I see your point. You are trying to get your friend interested in life again. You are a great friend to him and someday you and him will chat about all this. At the moment the best help you can find for him is a doctor appointment to assess his depression and see if it is an organic or clinical depression, orif he is just disoriented about what turn to take in this life.

Anyone of us will be happy to make him satisfied sexually and he may feel when that happens, but...........he is going to hate you and us for the deception. The worst thing you can do to someone is playing with his/her feelings. His condtion will only aggravate after knowing the truth of our presence in his life and he will get worst rather than better.

Let a doctor assess his mind and diagnose him properly. There are wonderful groups for people suffering from mental imbalances, particularly in January, when everything is "blue" for most of us (S.affective disorder or SAD)

I wish I had a friend like you are in the past when I was dealing with my own depression issues.....get a grip on him and make an appointment with a family doctor;be with him;show him he is not alone; chat and let him sleep if he needs; help him to pay his first order of medications and you will regain your friend.....you are a sweet man and God will repay your kindness.....take him t a doctor...when he is better give him Cerb.ca ist of wonderful ladies,,,,he will take care of the rest.....
