I'm not really sure what you mean Chavez. Why don't you just review the "80% that deserve a good review" and don't say anything about the providers with whom you didn't have a good experience? How is that being dishonest? If anything, I think it is probably the most honest way to run a review board as it eliminates a lot of the underhandedness and persuasion that can otherwise be a factor.
