    If it is Cerb that did it, then have it as a private party with no affiliation to Cerb. If it is the male members that kyboshed it.....well, I don't believe it was because it was half sold out and paid for all ready. If it was our fine ladies that put an end to the dream, I would remind them that ultimately it is them who would gain business from such an outing if they are indeed sincere and provide a great service.

    I have done most of my hobbying in Montreal and Toronto and been to a terb party in TO. It was a great time enjoyed by all and I am quite sure increased business for those ladies and agencies that attended.

    The reason I don't hobby much at home in NS is because there is a maybe undeserved reputation that many of the ladies here are at least clock watchers if not get you done and leave as soon as possible even half way through your allotted time, the providers here are generally one and your done, not providing msog and that the look and class of our fine ladies is far below what is available in TO and Montreal. I'm not saying this is true but it is the prevailing opinion. I do know that we have some stellar ladies here. I have seen Penelope as Angel Starr multiple times and would consider her in the same league as many TO ladies. I have also seen another lady here that will remain nameless that although her service was not too bad her class had a lot to be desired, she was one and you are done and it was obvious that after the deed she wanted you out of there as soon as possible. None of my encounters are of the half hour ilk and quite often are multiple hours. I like to connect with my consort a little first.

    What a wonderful opportunity for the ladies of our fine city to quell all these fears and let us get to be more comfortable with you. If it is the ladies who have put an end to this I think you are biting the hand that feeds you. Also, if it is one or two ladies causing the rift for fear of the gentlemen of Hfx finding out that we have many excellent providers here, then shame on you!!!! Have you heard the saying "A rising tide lifts all ships". Something you need to consider.

    I guess I and many like me will continue to do the bulk of our hobbying in places where the ladies are not afraid to expose what type of people they really are or at least just see the well reviewed and classy ladies from Upper Canada when they visit our fine city. I guess that takes more business away from our local ladies, doesn't it? What a shame!!!

    Any ladies who feel they can live up to the class of some of my friends; yes I say friends because that is what they have become, if only in a business sense, of the likes of Roksi(Read my review here from about a year ago) Kyra Graves, Rebecca Richardson or my ATF Noir from TO please contact me, I would love to make your aquaintance. By the way I saw Kyra Graves and Roksi while they were visiting Halifax.

    I sure hope this little get together wasn't ruined by one or two ladies that were afraid of the competition it would provide.

    Im not sure where to start with a reply to your post.

     

    first off, it is very doubtful that CERB itself would shut down a gathering of members! Please think about that statment..would that mean that Cerb doesnt want us to meet each other...A board that prides itself in being a community...

     

    It sounds as if you are not very happy with your results on this board as far as meeting the ladies that meet your expectations. Im sorry to hear that, But..for you to say that most Sps here are , clock watchers, dont have the class and looks that TO and Montreal have is an insult! You have stated that you have done most of your hobbing in those citys..so how can YOU be the judge of the CLASS of the local ladies in Halifax...You havent seen any! Or at the very least you have seen ONE, that didnt go well!!

     

    I didnt see anything, anywhere in the posts that suggests the ladies didnt want a social,the ladies were the first to sign up that I could tell!

     

    There was alot of presure on Taloon, this was to be the First! Yes there was sceptisum and alittle un-easyness. Thats to be expected. He is fairly new to Cerb....as YOU are! (going by your posts).

     

    Halifax social will happen, all in good time!

    Why would you want to have to live up to what you have wrote ,IF thats not you...seems draining to me.

     

    As far as building a cliential from this behavior, I cant see it working, how long can up keep this up!

     

    Gentleman WILL figure this out and you will not have repeat visitors!

    This is an outrage!,

     

    I dont know why sisters feel they ned to do this, disceetful, stealing form each other!

    We are to look out for each other.!!!!

     

    I have never understood the B&S thing, which I feel you are doing when you descibe another lady in your ads. Thats not YOU !!

     

    I believe these ads and such are so well written and articulete, hell they could put haliquin out of business tomorrow!

     

    Do we now need to copywrite everything, meaning legally!! Thats not right!!

     

    You should be called out,IMHO...what else are you lying about to ALL!

     

    I believe the gentleman and your SISTERS (expecially the one U stole from deserve an answer).

     

    This type of business moduale wont get you anywhere, I for one have lost respect!

     

    On another note,

     

    Please be yourself and write about who U are!! I feel comfortable in my own skin and like ME. So I dont need to be someone else!

    Im a big believer in miracles, I was blessed with two of my own,

     

    Girl born at 4lbs 1

    Boy born at 3lbs 2onz

     

    Both were very premature, and have completed university!!

     

    Im sure you will enjoy your blessing for many years to come!

    I'm wondering if Shelly is referring to the labour disruptions with baggage handlers?

     

     

    Good day all,

     

    I was hoping to take the bus as it stops in Hal near where i would be staying, instead of taking a taxi from downtown.

     

    I will be looking at the train, but as Emily has pointed out limited service.

     

    As far as flying goes, the last time I booked a flight I was told that there was a charge for any luggage going underneath, my mistake that was the info I was given. My mistake.

     

    Are the local airlines fairly expensive and would someone be so kind as to let me know which airlines they are,so I could look into it....

    Im watching the news this morning and was watching the strike going on !

     

    The announced that when you go to checkin and you get your cancellation notice.....IT COMES WITH A FREE TIMS CARD.....!!!

     

    In other words, YOUR NOT GOING ANYWHERE, HAVE A COFFEE!!!

     

    Im pretty fed up with this airlines, and im counting the hours before the feds bail them out AGAIN!!!

     

    How much this time.....

    Bah getting offered a free trip to Cali with a good friend only to realize because I don't drive I don't have a drivers license, because im lazy i don't have stickers for my healthcard and because I generally suck at life I am, very questionable about getting a stupid passport in time. *cries* i swear with everything going wrong in my life right now if because of my own lax attitude towards life I don't get to go I am never leaving my room again. Oh wait that isnt an option because Im getting kicked out of my place for may 1st because my roomie is a creepy, lying, loser. Grrrrrr!

    Well hun, you can get a passport in 48hrs or by snail mail in less than two wks!!!

     

    Call and have the stickers sent out, as long as they know you are still in the Province when you re-apply your fine! You are covered, even in Cal!!

     

    Now as for moving, just pack for Cal, store everything else till you get back.

     

    Take pics from Cal, send them to your asshole roomate with a thanks for the boot!!

    Good morning everyone,

     

    Im experiencing a progressive problem eith yahoo mail. It started about a week ago. It wouldnt let me send a reply sometimes,so I would shut down and start over and I found that was working.

     

    As of two days ago I cant reply to any emails on my comp,in yahoo. It is giving me a message that says,* problem with webpage has caused exployer th restart.* Then all messages go to draft and I have tried to send from there, but no.

     

    I have tried twice to restore my comp from another time and thats not working. I have tried to send a help message to Yahoo, and thats not working!

     

    Any ideas....To save my computer from the wall!!!

    Thanks ladys,

     

    I have been touring out that way for two yrs,but never went anywhere besides Halifax, so im looking forward to seeing the rest this time. As much as I can do this time of year, but I will get back out there also this summer.

     

    There is an old saying....DONT KNOW TILL YOU TRY!...

     

    I believe all of us who tour have said that to ourselves!!:icon_wink:
