I remember Fanny's well. When I first moved to Ottawa in 1991 I lived and worked at the Somerset House Hotel/Village Green Restaurant/Lockmaster Tavern... also now long gone :(

Back then table dances were only $5.00... The pervert bar/stage was a minimum of $1.00 or $2.00 per song.

A couple of weeks ago I had a routine follow up with my family doctor. I mentioned that an old problem is back. Since I have had it investigated twice in the past and nothing was ever found. I shrugged it off again. Today I got a call from the specialist. I have been scheduled for a medical procedure at the hospital next week. WOW!! It normally takes six months or longer to get in to see him. This is now scaring me that it could be serious this time....

Additional Comments:

the main screen loads but when I click to log in... the log in screen does not come up. Five minutes later I am still waiting to be able to log in.

Fortunately, I have another browser to use.... Microsoft edge and it works fine...

Recently I upgraded my browser speed to be faster... 50 mb

Yes, I am having trouble with google chrome. I am presently using Microsoft Edge.

Thankfully, the weather is not keeping people away.

The average wait times for the security check points is about 20 minutes.
