I realize in my post above, Snow went by the name Alana at Barbs. So, Alana and Bridgette. Two unforgettables.

I will drink a toast to Barbs from afar. Though I haven't been there much in the last few years I have many great memories of the place. So many truly beautiful women there, a great neighborhood vibe, friendly staff. Two gorgeous, intelligent women stand out for me there: Snow, who retired four or five years ago, and Bridgette, who retired last week. Both were exceptional at doing best what a good dancer does (in my opinion anyway): making the customer feel very very special. I was lucky enough to see Bridgette again a couple of times this year and I'm still dizzy from those visits to the CR.

Here's to Barbs and to a great future for all the sexy women who tantalized us from the stage.

I've never found it dangerous either, it's just a few steps from a brightly-lit main street. Vanier has changed a lot.

My preference would be Pigale's. I have an avertion to Barefax as I find it to much of a tourist party place.

I was in last week hoping there might be some short-haired tattooed alt girl in and to my amazement a short-haired tattooed alt girl went walking across the floor, just what I was hoping for. We went down for some dances and I had a great time. Her name if I remember right is Cookie: short brown hair, slim, really attractive, maybe 5'8, tight body. Rarely in Ottawa on weekends and even more rarely on a weekend that Bridgette was working but it worked out finally, and so glad it did. What a genuine sweetheart, one of a kind. Like the most relaxing vacation. I'll miss both Bridgette and Barb's.

Had occasion to visit Go-Go recently, pretty good crowd, about half a dozen girls, all at least reasonably attractive. Enjoyable dances with the beautiful Asian Lulu and with a sexy chocolate sweetheart named Harmony. HOped to see Lola, hope she's still working there. Dances with a pretty brunette weren't my thing as not much contact. Like this place but still long for the soon demolished Cab.

Some attractive dancers this weekend. I was turning down VIP room offers because I was waiting for  a very hot curvy tattooed brunette but before she was free I was approached by a tall ebony beauty named Ava (or maybe Eva). Such seductive eyes I couldn't resist. She showed me a great time in the VIP. Great body, sexy feet and ass, beautiful face, full lips, those seductive eyes. I'd had a couple of mediocre visits to the Mate in recent times (always hoping to see Whitney again but no luck) but this visit will have me going back.

Hadn't been to gogo in a while. Some great dances with Lola, always dependable sweet and sexy. There were three other girls, two of who I'd never seen before, both very hot. And also a tall slim Asian who I'm sure I have seen there but never had the pleasure o the VIP with. Any info on her?

Hadnt' been to the Mate in several years and visited the other night. Generally I like these small neighbourhood bars, this reminds me a little of Cleos in Montreal (but without the privacy of Cleo's curtained little booths). There weren't many dancers or customers and I thought at first it would be a waste of my time.

Then Bianca went on stage. Tall, blonde curvy girl, like a 1950's pin-up girl. I like her dances and we went to the tiny VIP afterwards. Close up I saw how gorgeous her face was and I liked her soft sexy body. The dances were tame but they were really close and intimate and seductive. Would definitely take her to the VIP again.

Next saw the show of Whitney, a petite French spinner, maybe late 30s, very attractive. Off to the VIP we went and she was a lot of fun. Raunchy, funny, sexy, great little body on her, great tease. Stayed till last song of night with her and if there'd be a few more I would probably have had to visit the dry cleaner.

While the girls here aren't the perfect Barbies you often see at Pigales, I like the low-key relaxed atmosphere and the lack of pressure. It was a great time, I'll be back.

It's hard not to get whiplash at Pigale, so many gorgeous women there. Had the pleasure of an extended dance session with Laurie a slightly older dancer, tall, slim, great legs and butt, beautiful face and eyes. Very sensual and close in the VIP which I like and don't often find in the very young dancers. Tons of eye contact too which is also pretty rare among dancer.s Would definitely spend time with Laurie again.
