  1. Do new posts show up in the "new posts" link? I find they don't, so unless I'm missing something, you have to go directly to the social group to see new posts. Might explain why some are not very active.

That's the most problematic I think but now that I think about it, I might just go and subscribed to all of them so at least i'd get a daily email letting me know which were updated...

  2.

    1. If a person has hours posted from say, 2PM to 10PM, does that mean they're willing to take a booking at 10PM? Or if you wanted to book a 1.5 hour session, you should look at reserving at 8:30 at the latest?

For me, when I put 18:00 to 22:00, I expect the last apt to finish at or about 22:00. So yest, 20:30 would be the latest I would start a session. However, in some circumstances, I may be able to accomodate: ask away is the best policy.

Note: No phone calls or text messages past 21:00 or before 6:00 am!

    2. I hate being late. But in saying that, I always plan for dealing with horrible theoretical traffic that never materializes and I'm ahead of schedule. For most life events this isn't a big deal, but I don't want to look like the obvious secret agent casing the joint. Is it rude to knock a few minutes early? Like 5?

I am very low volume provider, by choice. So I can be a bit more flexible with people being a tad late. However, I dislike when people arrive 10 or more minutes before. I have my prep routine and I simply do not want to be rushed. For everyone's enjoyment must I say!

In the end, I just hope this country comes to it senses and passes some laws that make this a safer experience for both parties. We're all adults, and we're all interested in doing the most natural thing in the world. I just hope I never screw up enough to wind up as a contributing factor to this thread! :icon_eek:

The very fact that you read it through speaks millions :-)

I still do not get that using soap, grooming and trimming are things we need to repeat. But we do. Some people don't care about milage I guess.

  3. I do not know if this project will affect negatively my business... we all know no one is perfect but seeing the blunt truth isn't something everyone can stomach. Especially in a business that runs on Fantasy, dream, aestethic... I am still taking the step forward.

There is only so much time in a day and if I spend time here, I do not have time to develop rich and supporting connections elsewhere. So I rather make this place home and find a group of people who share the same goal: getting back into shape (fit and weight). As a MA, I get away with it because I still have a cute face, a refreshing personality, I am kind and my hands and technique are magic. However, I care about my health and yes, I miss being able to jump in a luv's arms for a passionate crazy fun.

I will create a new private social group for this purpose. Just pm me to be added. Those who want to participate, there will be support conversations, weekly weight in, a mid race winner for Christmas and the ultimate looser will be declared winner for Valentine's day. The starting weigh in will be Sunday October 23 but register before as there will be information shared, accounting partners matches, etc.

Who can participate: Gents and ladies that want to get rid of at least 20lbs. Pitch in: 100$ at time of initial weigh in. We will discuss in the group how we will put this money in safe keeping until the time to reward the winners.

  4. A roast pork and roast potatoes. Love cooking something in the oven on cool damp fall days.

Awsome, you just gave me an idea!

Organic chicken roasted and red and white baby potatoes cooked in gravy with fresh sage and tarragon from my planter :-)

  5. I had no idea that back-to-back bookings wasn't a somewhat normal thing at the higher volume spas... I've never complained about being led out 5-10 min early, but it sounds like this may definitely affect some people's likelihood of repeating.

One related thing that I don't like though is being told to shower alone at the beginning of a session because the woman just came out of a shower with someone else. I enjoy showering together!

I like things to be progressive so my preference is to help a gent scrub off the oil at the end rather than starting with a shower for two.

The only reason why I would forfeit my preference for mystery and progression would be to insure that the gent is really squeaky clean. But then, i'm no one's mother so if people don't bother scrubbing nuggets off the curlies and the creases, they should not be frustrated if they get low milage for their buck. JS

  6. I have a lot of catching up to do on a Database solution I'm creating. I hope a gent will rescue me from too much brain work at some point and we can have fun, much needed!

I read that long fun is good for conceptual work and quick bursts of fun for detail work. Or was it the other way around? Gotta check but any fun is good in my book :-)

  7. Seems to me that they owe you time. I can understand wanting to finish at the set time as to not throw the entire day off however, the lady should ask if it is ok and adjust donation or promise to give that time back at another appointment (and honour that). Usually if you are late you loose that time. But what you are describing is them overbooking clients back to back and taking the 15-30 min buffer needed to reset the room (and the lady!) off of your appointment. Not good. And exhausting for the MAs...

  8. I believe what you are talking about were the medium/dark brown chewy toffee/fudgy candy came in paper wrappings with 'halloween pictures' on the... usually orange paper...called 'halloween kisses'...lovely molasses toffee... gaawd those are so good!

I beleive you are referring to : halloween-toffee.jpg

The ones I'm talking about were in bulk had the texture of marzipan and a reddish brown color. There was a screwdriver, a wrench and a hammer. The closest i found is baby fudge candies that might be using the same recipe.

  9. Chips or chocolate were my favorite but the neighborhood was poor so we didn't get them very often.

Otherwise my favorites were the "pills" these pressed powdery assorted pieces that came rolled in clear plastic wrap with red markings. Similar to them were the necklaces and bracelet.

Klondike and hard candies and pennies i did not like

I remember a type of candy that I have not found in decades. The "tools" they were made of a paste midway between toffee and some sort of fudge. They were dark brown. Anyone remember that?

  10. by this evening delightful encounter with a new nursee. It was so beautiful and he was such a natural! I O'd three times in a row barely minutes into it and thats for one side only (on call plumber, had to leave!) and full dressed, well, topless for me. I want more! lol

The poor sweety had what we ladies know very well: teeth imprinted swollen front lips from covering up teeth. I'm hoping I got a little warrior there and that I will see more of him!

  11. Because I love surprises, contests and gifts, I'm often the first

to volunteer to organize and make them happen.

So I'm super excited to have come up with this little

contest that can make up to 7 happy people.

Entries: I will be gifting a contest entry to every person that take either a Great Surf or Undertow between Sunday September 25 and Saturday October 1. On Sunday October 2 at 12:00 noon, on cam in the chat room, I will write and put all the names of the eligible candidates in a bag and pull 2 names out.

Gifts: The first winner will get his choice of a Tide, nursing session or foot fetish session (45 min.) at my upscale downtown location. The second winner will get to have a homemade lunch picnic in my company in a park near Parliament Hill.

Both gifts will have to be redeemed between Monday and Friday, 12:30-13:30 of the first week of October (3 to 7).

Location: Great Surf and Undertow are offered at my private location near Rideau/King Edward. The gifts must be taken as described above and are not exchangeable for their monetary value.

Time: Great Surf and Undertow appointment must be made at least 90 min before the desired start time. The start time must be between 14:30 and 20:00 daily, during the 7 days of the offer.

Chances of winning: Chances of winning depend on the participation. However, since no more than 7 Great Surf or Undertow will be offered during the participation week (Sept 25 till Oct 1), each participant odds to win will be 28% or more.

Draw: Will be on cam in the chat room Sunday October 2.

Privacy: Participants accept to have their Lyla nickname shown during the draw presentation. Winners accept to be announced by their Lyla nickname on my private page on Lyla.

  12. I like stand on guard suggestion, here is why I think you would get more opportunity that way. For example, I need 90 min to turn myself around because I tidy up the place, myself and my massage room. If I had a regular with whom the understanding would be that if he does not mind my apt as is, or that I don't have time to put on my contact lenses do my nails and what not, then, yes last minute become acceptable.

May I ask that you do not refer to MA and SP as things please...

I don't like using these unless I'm desperate.
    and see what's available
one of the two I use

  13. I do enjoy the convo. It does build up anticipation. My first client wanted more of a gfe then a massage, by a fun compassionate chatter between the first failed attempt for a meeting and the time we actually met, it created that anticipation that made my first MA/gfe experience a very enjoyed one for both people involved. Kissing at the door a perfect stranger could be awkward; but such banter effectivelly removes that distance.

I also ask (not require) my clients that are comfortable to do so to send me a pic so that i can anticipate and fantasize.

  14. @ stillopensdoors Bah my take about it is if both eat the same food, nobody is offended!

    C. I won't get into a lenghty argument about who's been longest in the health biz and who knows more.

However I will say the following:

People, always check with reliable sources, and your medical doctor when appropriate, what you find on internet, that includes my posts and those of C.

I must correct some of your corrections: Grapefruit does not render medicine inefficient: it augments their effect. So yes, it is a given, if someone has been prescribed a medication and specifically told not to eat grapefruit, well, don't use essential oils either. It IS efficient to LOWER highblood pressure so, if its already low, that is not a good idea.

Candida has a distinct scent. It is not an offensive one. I mentionned that it could reside in the belly button. I also described the symptoms of someone who has it in the mouth, often times caused by too much sugar as a hint to avoid passing it elsewhere.

With coconut oil, I specifically wrote "swiching with coconut oil is supposed" I did not say research have shown nor did I present it as a fact.

Finally I did not suggest that people should stop eating spicy dishes! I love all sorts of foods, including indian, mexican, ahhh greek, and would be the first to protest. I suggested how to mitigate the aftermath e.g. chlorophyle, parsley, mint.

I'm explaining what influences body smells. As a fun fact kind of narrative. You may object but I insist that it is not necessary to eat that much spices, especially cumin, to have your sweat tainted. Garlic is not as offensive as onions (especially spanish or red onion) which lingers both in the breath and the sweat. I would have tought a big cat like you would have experienced it first end...

I have an extremly developed sense of smell. I could have been a nose if I would have been trained in perfumery or oeneology.
