    I just wanted to say, and this isn't pointed at anyone directly, that a lot of people seem to be pointing to "hobbying", this "lifestyle", and the "industry" as some ugly, dark, and disgusting underbelly of society.

     

    WHY?

     

    Good question Mia - As for me I did not mean to suggest that the industry is dark. The darkness that I was referring to is within me in that I need to do deceptive things because I chose to be engaged and must keep it secret because of my particular life situation. I think the distinction is imporant. Many engaged in these industry have a life situation where they do not need to be as deceptive.

    A hopefully nice bottle of wine $16.95. A bag of munchies $2.95. A thank-you card for the "donation" envelope $3.95. Some time with a lovely CERB Lady "priceless".

     

    What is it worth? Are higher rates worth it? That whole thread about negotiating? I just do not know the answers to these questions. Perhaps I am not good at economics, or perhaps it is just never a question of economics. Who's to say?

    After hours of watching cartoons and Superman movies, Sarah Palin decides it is her destiny to save the western world from such demons like the vampire brute, Count Cato.     I am very happy to report that I have seen Katherine on two occasions during her trips to my city. In short she is a great lady and each encounter was terrific. Of course, you know that by now if you have read any of the many preceding recos by happy clients.

     

    On our most recent encounter Katherine greeted me wearing what she called "something edgy" which included a sexy leather skirt, stay-up stockings with heels, and showing the right amount of cleavage for an instant turn-on. Her sexy outfit well complimented her toned athletic body. It was great to see her again and we spent the first number of minutes catching up. The conversation was interesting but we soon came to what can be that awkward point when one may wonder if it is time to turn to more erotic activities. Well, with Katherine it was not at all awkward and the transition was seamless. We were sitting side by side and she told me to stand. Before I knew it Katherine was kneeling in front of me skilfully providing that very enjoyable experience that needs no further description.     This is a good thread but tough to answer. Perhaps more for some than others. I believe I have always had a high libido, as I have been interested in porn and fascinated with sex as long as I can remember. Hobbying provides something to me that is very satisfying. Is it a curse? Well, the jury is out as I do not know how I will feel about it years from now, when I will be reminising in the home with some of you guys (lol) (see Jabba's post to this thread):

     

    Here are a couple of points from my perspective:

     

    - I meet women in the workplace with whom I develope a good rapport and have strong professional relationships. That is good. I never have inappropriate sexual thoughts about them. I beleive I do not have any such urges because I meet great ladies through hobbying that provide so much satisfying uninhibited fun.

     

    - I feel very fortunate to meet ladies through CERB. If I was not a CERBIE I do not know what would become of me. In view of my nature, I fear I would revert to agencies, and in my town that would not be good. Agencies here are only a small cut above the street scene. Therefore, the travelling ladies I meet through CERB may very well be saving me from something terrible.

     

    - As mentioned by others in this thread, the women I meet through hobbying offer an experience other women cannot provide. I could go on and on, but in short it is a unique and satisfying experience.

    It's a cute idea as long as the voting is done anonymously. If it isn't anonymous, ladies could lose business by voting for one client and not another. Pictures would not be allowed as that would be against CERB policy. One teeny correction though, it is Sadie Hawkins Day rather than Hopkins...lol.

    Christycureves recently had a thread post about men's packages and the concensus was that was not appropriate. The conclusion that we should not do that is a good one, however, it seems to me that Christycurve's intent was to have some fun, and that is never a bad idea. That got me thinking about my days in junior high, a way, way, way, way long time ago when we had a Sadie Hawkin's day dance. That concept comes from the Lil'Abner comic strip that has been gone for eons. The concept is that for Sadie Hawkins day dance things get reversed and the girls ask the guys to the dance. In the Lil Abner comic strip, there was a Sadie Hawkins day race, whereby the bachelors started running, the spinsters chased them and could marry any bachelor they are able to catch. Sadie Hawkins day, I think was the last day in February.

     

    So what is this all about? I will warn you now this could be a stupid idea. On Cerb the girls advertise to entice the guys, right?. What if on the last week of February we reverse things and have the guys post mock ads about themselves, or what a date with them would be like. The ladies would somehow rate the ads and there would be a winner at the end of the week. Some of you smart Cerbies could come with the specific rules for such a contest and a rating system. (See I warned you this could be stupid)

     

    What do you think? Would this have legs? Any ideas as to how it would work? I have no ego so if you think this is stupid please say so. (PS Am I the only one amongst us that remembers Lil Abner?)

    The questionnaire also asks if you've had sex in exchange for money or drugs since 1977. Does anyone know if everyone who answers yes is barred from donating?

     

     

    About 8 years ago I was asked this question and was banned for my answer. Lying was not an answer because we should not have to lie. Because this question appeared on a tick the box checklist completed by the nurse the answer is documented (Perhaps this point was already raised as I have not read everyting on this thread).

     

    Because of this. I did not give blood on that day or any time since which itself is a travesty

    Do you have higher expectation toward some particular girls and why?

    I quess my expectations are based on an assessment as to how I would interact with the lady. i.e. Am I intrigued by the prospect of spending time with her? Accordingly my expectations are formed by broader criteria than menu items. Her albums, posts, and website are of course imporatant but it is those first email exchanges that usually seal the deal. I seldom consider menus and recos in forming my expectations.
