    :)  I think you will find many ladies enjoy a gent's company for who he is, not what he looks like compared to the latest beauty mag.     What a great thread!  I'd like to add, a lady may be in an appointment! 😄

     

    I can't speak for anyone else, but I never look at my phone during a session.  I also don't answer texts or calls when I'm driving, with family, at work, etc, etc.  I DO always try to return a text right away.  But I never return phone calls, I will put that on my site when I get it up.  Unless it's like 2 minutes after, I don't want to jeopardize your privacy by calling at the wrong moment.  I know how that can be!  

     

    I almost feel like I should have a code phrase on my site so a visitor will know, I just CAN'T talk.  "I'm sorry, I don't want to buy any vacuum cleaners right now".  Hahaha.. Then you'll know to just try back later, don't try to further the discussion.  Some phones can be really loud at the wrong times and people can hear every word even across the room. 

     

    I had this phone call two weeks ago, didn't realize someone was nearby, saw them as I answered:

    "Hi there!  Is this Raquel the Escort??" 

     

    For some reason it was really loud and I'm sure the other person nearby heard every word.  Now here's my dilemma, I don't want to lose a client by just saying, "No!" and hanging up.  I guess I should have. 

     

    I tried to make it a joke "Hahaha. that's funny" sorta stuff.  But he continued on at full roar asking about rates, blowjobs, etc.. O.O

     

    Me whispering now, "I can't talk", and he's like, "well can you just answer yes and no to questions?"... "I can't talk".. panic had set in and my brain had frozen.  I got out of the call very awkwardly and was too in shock to come up with something believable to say to my friend.  "It was the guy about the stuff.. "  O.o

    I love all the suggestions everyone is making, and I am going to re-read the thread to try to fix my own shortfalls.  😉

    Waiting for me so patiently!  To all my friends and fans (and curious onlookers) .. 😉

    Or maybe I AM missing out on business because rates are so low. Halifax gents, should I raise them?  😉  It would make getting my own incall sooner, easier, I suppose.  Maybe that's why things are slow.  Or, maybe it's because I'm 51 and folks only want to pay $300 an hour for 20 years olds.

    Are you telling me my rates are too low?  O.o  It was common practice in Calgary to charge $300 an hour, but I found in Vancouver I wouldn't get a single call for that rate.  I checked what other ladies were charging when I got to Halifax, and it seemed to be a good and fair rate for the area.  

     

    Then again, I just realized this is a cross country board and I've no idea where you're posting from.

    One thing to keep in mind about reviews, some folks will NOT post a review if they really, really like a provider.  They want to keep her all to themselves! 😉  Why go telling the whole schoolyard about a good thing?  Not all who partake in the hobby feel this way, but more than enough do.  That and people have busy lives and just don't have time to review or even know where to do so.

    Hello Everyone!

    This is my first thread!  So exciting :) 

    I am looking for recommendations for a good area of town to find a place to live.  Looking for reasonably priced apartments.  I'm not from around here, and apparently there are some really 'bad' areas in this city!  I recently had someone refuse to come see me as the apartment I'm currently staying in is considered to be a 'bad' area.  Who knew??  I certainly didn't.

    I just moved here from out West and I guess we don't have areas like that out there.  Surrey can be bad, but it really isn't one area, and if you're not in a gang, you're generally ok.

    You are not wrong!  When I first started, the owner of the agency convinced me that claiming to be younger would be good. I did that for a while but it always felt wrong somehow.  I do have the great good luck of not looking my age, but again, what a sad day to have if someone disagrees with that!  So now I am upfront and what I have found is a great clientele and no time wasters! :) I do not regret being upfront with my age and it's always an ego boost when I'm told I look younger. Win win! :) ❤️
