I did not get my call back from Elections Canada as they promised. If and when I do I shall ask them directly if the parties have access to the voters list and if the parties can change it. I doubt that they would admit to that being possible though. I think that after I hear what they say I will contact the Liberals and NDP to be aware of this potential issue.
