Most convenient area of TO for hobbyists?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I have been to TO before but have never advertised my visits as the times I have gone was to see specific gents I was already acquainted with. My next trip will be the first time that I announce a visit and meet new people. TO being so vast, I was wondering what the best areas would be for my venue, so I decided what better what then to ask?

I would be staying in either a hotel or apartment that rents by the week. When I visit Ottawa I usually try to stay in an area of downtown that is close to everything but still has amply parking available. (Im assuming this is too much to ask for TO?) As far as TO goes, I'm not sure what is best; downtown? outside of downtown? north, east, south, west of downtown? I welcome the opinions of both hobbyists and SPs alike. Hobbyists telling me what is most convenient for them and SPs who are willing to share info, offering the areas that served them best in all aspects.

Thanking you all in advance for any insight you may share.

Have a great day!!!

Hi Jessy,

Welcome to Toronto!

My recommendation would be Downtown for sure. Most populated area with all top businesses and business travelers concentrated in relatively small area with convenient public transportation. Parking in Toronto Downtown is always a problem and should not be considered as required option for location.

Location must be close to subway station and it is better to be close to business/ financial district - it is around Bay & Queen or University & Queen. You will have lunch time business clients and after work clients.

If you consider hotel for hosting, I would recommend

- Eaton Chelsea at 33 Gerrard St West - very good location and proven convenient one as many ladies use it.

- Sheraton at 123 Queen St West - very close to business district and "escort friendly" as well.

Hope it helps, and let us know when you are coming :-)

Thank you for this thread and these great suggestions ! I had previously worked in different areas of Toronto and the GTA awhile back but I am looking at going back to touring the Toronto-GTA area very soon once or twice a month ! This is a huge help and I have stayed and worked from the Eaton Chelsea and can vouch it is a great hotel and convenient !!

As someone who is a touring gentleman and my tours have taken me to Toronto :-) my personal preference is by Pearson. It is easily accessible, there are many hotels just as nice as those downtown and a lot less expensive as those in downtown Toronto. Another plus is parking, downtown it can be a problem, and for those driving full size pick ups (I used to drive one), the parking garages may be too small height wise to park your truck. By the airport, at least in the hotels I stayed at, no garages, but parking lots.

BTW I have stayed downtown TO as well, but all in all, for convenience, and this just my opinion, staying by the airport is more convenient

If anyone wants hotel recommendations PM me, I won't post names publically. You never know who besides clients and companions could be reading.

Just my two cents

I know this is old thread but my 2 cents worth ($USD) is for more than a decade I have avoided the traffic, parking and general traffic mess of downtown area (my view only).

However, if you don't rent a car of course downtown makes more sense. For my next trip I got a major car rental - mid-size - at the airport for about $CDN350 for 10 days- using Priceline many months in advance.

I always stay in Mississauga closer to what I prefer for MP (nude-reverse) the good full contact strip clubs (thanks to Ms Hazel when Mayor in her 90's), and now after C36 the zillions of incalls around Square One/Airport/Brampton area.

I get great hotel deals by Priceline bidding many months in advance. Typically pay about $55CDN (lessor in $US) for 10-14 days at Courtyard's, Novetel (been lucky to get nicer rooms but parking garage very tight and $13/night parking!) and many other hotels with normal rates via discount sites over $100/night.

Staying around this area avoids the 401 mess (although have used and sometimes the 407 to bypass). But for me, am totally dedicated to stay outside the downtown area but as a guy customer which may be different than an adult entertainer since probably lots more potential customers downtown.
