Extending one's stamina - a question for the Gents

Recommended Posts

So since I have introduced a new half-hour rate to my menu I have had a few men ask for tips on ways to extend their milage for a longer session or increase the time it takes for their release.

being female (the last time I checked, lol) I dont have many answers for this other than beating one off before the session to get the first round out of the way....or thinking of Grandma naked in the shower (which may or may not halt a session altogether!).

I tried to do a search to find a previous thread about this but I cant seem to find it. Hence this post, so I apologize if this has been tackled already...but I too am curious.

Someone had also mentioned engaging in regular cardio, but for someone who may not have that as a regular part of their daily routine, what else can they do....or how far in advance should they start jogging before expecting to perform longer? lol

Gentlemen, I seek your tips of your trade! discuss..... (and thank you in advance!)

xoxo Annessa

The best advice I can give is to change positions, and activities (bj to daty to FS etc) as often as neccessary.

I certainly don't recommend thinking of grandma!

Lasting longer, as in not tiring out: Cardio works (sex *is* exercise), strengthening your core & hips helps too (squats, deadlifts, etc.) Cycling is a good way to develop a mix of cardiovascular stamina and leg/hip muscle stamina.

Lasting longer, as in delaying orgasm: I'd advise your clients to learn the physical sensation that is their "point of no return". Then (and perhaps you could help them ;) ), they should learn what they feel like just before this point in time. When that alarm triggers, as Scott suggested, slow down, switch positions, do something that stops them from continuing toward orgasm. Then, start up again.

Know your body. My $0.02...

Do you mean the physical stamina that it takes to have sex? Or the delay or orgasm?

you're right I worded that improperly.....I was commenting on extending an orgasm for the quick to release gents.

(looked like I jumped the gun myself...hehe pun intended)

...and keep in mind in men this is usually a very fine line easily crossed over lol. Masturbation is a good way for your clients to be able to recognize this sensation, and when they are able to master the ability to bring themselves to the edge, only to pull back a bit they will have discovered a truly awesome power.

As far as I know there is really little an SP can do to help most gentleman recognize this point, by the time an SP notices when his/her client is close its probably already too late! Though I've heard some guys give off physical clues they may not be aware of (relaxing of thigh muscles, changes in breathing, relaxation of fascial muscles etc).

I agree with what the other gents have provided in terms of just slowing down, changing positions, etc.. Having said that I know the counter is simply the excitement and amazing feeling one gets so it can be hard to want to stop that. From a personal standpoint I think two things are related to my sitution which may be relevant to others;

1. I pace myself and my meetings are often more about the total time I have. Many of the ladies are amazing and I love talking to them and taking the physical part slow. I also like spending a good amount of time focusing on them. The ladies in return often respond in kind taking things slow on me and not trying to 'get it over with'. Somehow the vibe and timing for both of us seems to align. Or at least thats my perception.

2. And frankly I don't care as much about that aspect. My stamina is what it is. I find worrying about it only makes me more uptight and stressed.

Best article I've read on the subject:

Men, you can last longer. For years, I silently battled premature ejaculation and test-drove every bizarre remedy I stumbled upon. Follow these exercises that finally worked for me.

Master masturbation.

Masturbate with a woman's orgasm in mind, not your own. In other words, take your time: Work up to 15 minutes. Bring yourself close to the point of no return, but don't let yourself ejaculate until time is up.

Squeeze.

If you're overheating during masturbation or sex, stop and squeeze right below the head of your penis. Apply firm pressure with your thumb and forefinger and focus the pressure on the urethra--the tube running along the underside of the penis. The squeeze technique, developed by those icons of sex therapy, Masters and Johnson, pushes blood out of the penis and momentarily decreases sexual tension and represses the ejaculatory response.

Pinpoint ejaculatory inevitability.

Masters and Johnson broke the process of sexual response into four phases: excitement, plateau, orgasm, and resolution. It's the plateau and orgasm phases we're most concerned with, as most men crash through the former, straight into the latter. The trick is to slow down and recognize that there's a spectrum of feelings throughout the process of sexual response and to recognize your own point of ejaculatory inevitability. Rate your sexual excitement on a scale of 1 to 10. Try keeping yourself at 7.

Sexercise.

Do your Kegels. A Kegel is an exercise that helps tighten the pubococcygeal (PC) muscles of the pelvic floor. Both men and women have them, and you can become familiar with the muscle group by cutting off the flow of urine and then starting and stopping it repeatedly. (Begin with a full bladder.) Once you have the exercise down, practice your Kegels anywhere: at your desk, behind the wheel. Tighten your PC muscles and hold for a count of 10, then release. Practice in sets of 10. Stronger PC muscles will help you exercise ejaculatory control when you approach the point of inevitability.

Press, don't thrust.

Tease her, taunt her: Press the head of your penis into her clitoral head. Linger in her vaginal entrance, where the most sensitive nerve endings are. When you do have intercourse, focus on small, shallow movements that penetrate the first 2 to 3 inches of her vaginal canal. Press your penis against her G-spot. You'll last longer if you're not thrusting vigorously.

Show a little courtesy.

Ladies first, gentlemen--and I'm talking about more than just holding the door open. Keep your woman happy. Women have an innate capacity to experience multiple orgasms. When you help her to her first one, it relieves you of some of the pressure to please and the psychological anxiety that feeds into PE. Use your fingers; use your mouth.

Extended foreplay is really important. As said, it is what it is and it is clocked at anywhere from 7 to 14 minutes, so if they (or the oP) is planning that the half hour session should consist of insert, thrust, and hope he lasts for 25 minutes doing that, well it completely misses the point lol. I do a lot of half hours, and no one feels rushed or as tho they are missing out on anything, even tho the majority are like most men where the fs portion lasts, even with changes, around 5 minutes.

Tips on the half hour:

Start with foreplay and/or massage. My massage is erotic, teasing and stimulating. The purpose it to arouse without that arousal focusing on orgasm until switching over to fs. Within the foreplay is 69, which can distract the guy enough to enjoy without falling over into cumming in this position (most of the time). It also relaxes the body and mind from the stress, anxiety, over anticipation and excitement of just being there. Those thngs can also lead to early release. If you go right to action, like a bj, chances are really high he cums there, and has no chance for a 2nd or for the fs he came for.

If someone is quick to cum, do not move into doggie or mish, stay in CG. If time is running out on the half hour, switch up to a doggie or standing doggie.

You must know how to control your breathing. Exercise helps but breathing exercises work wonders. if you can keep your breathing at a good even pace you will last longer. Try to catch yourself if you are holding your breath or you are doomed.

Another good article: http://www.singlescafe.net/step-down-techniques.html

A Great Way To Last Longer In Bed - That 99% Of Men Have Never Even Tried!

by Edward White

Ever heard of arousal step-down techniques?

How about the PC muscle and Kegels?

If you're like most guys, you probably haven't. And as such, most men - unaware of the numerous ways they can boost their sexual skill and 'lasting' power - regularly produce mediocre performances in bed, leaving themselves disappointed and the women they're with disillusioned and usually orgasmless. It's a real shame.

In a poll, 93% of men asked, said they'd like to last longer in bed before ejaculating - but 100% of those men were unaware of how they could achieve such a seemingly impossible feat.

The truth is, it's not impossible (or even difficult) to maximise your sexual performance and attain complete control over how long you boogie for and generally get on down with the ladies.

So, let's take a look at one sexual method that'll allow you massive control over your arousal levels and always give you the choice of when to cum or when to continue.

During sex, most men begin to lose control of themselves (in terms of ejaculation!) at around the 2 or 3 minute mark - which is usually midway through the first sexual position. And what a letdown ejaculating at this point would be! So, that's usually the first point at which you'll use this technique. It involves two steps. The first takes place in your mind - which is the root of many a male's sexual performance troubles.

1. When you first feel those telltale sensations in your penis (the heightened sensitivity and energy that let you know that if you carry on doing what you're doing you'll soon explode) don't panic! Too many men are pushed over the edge, right to ejaculation, because they mentally begin to panic when they feel they're close to orgasm. Panic phrases rush through their heads, like: "Uh oh, I'm gonna blow!" and "Not again, this is going to be embarrassing." Instead of letting these counter-productive thoughts fill your mind and quicken the onset of orgasm, instead calmly say in your head: "Okay, I'm close to ejaculating. Time to use an arousal step-down technique." Then move onto step number two.

2. The most sensitive part of your penis is the top of the shaft and especially the head. To decrease its stimulation (without stopping the 'action') slowly and deeply thrust into your partner, as far as you can go and she can pleasurably take.

Then, gently grind your hips, wiggling your pubic bone (the hard area above your penis, about 8 inches down from your belly button) on her vagina. To her, this seems and feels like a wonderful stroke variation, which gives her external clitoral stimulation (the number one way to make any woman orgasm).

However, behind the scenes, it's momentarily decreasing your stimulation, enabling you to last longer. This happens because when you plunge deep into her, your penis enters a wider area of her vagina, which lessens its contact and stimulation.

Then, to cap it off, you grind and wiggle, instead of thrusting in and out, which further decreases the intense sensations of sex. After 30 seconds or so, your arousal levels will have dropped enough for you to restart your thrusting.

By using this technique, you're able to control your urge to pop without stopping sex and while giving your partner extra sexual stimulation. Now how much better a technique is that for tackling premature ejaculation when compared to what most people consider to be effective techniques? Things like: "Count backward from 100" and "Think of dead puppies!"

Sex, as you well know, is all about fun. Using the 2-step technique above, you can fully enjoy the experience - without the worry of it all being over too soon!

The best advice I could give the Gents is:

1. Relax.

2. Practice deep breathing.

3. Proper exercise and nutrition (we're not getting any younger!).

4. Kegals!!!! (I can't stress this enough).

5. Try to avoid hard thrusting as much as possible.

 Good luck gents!!

Amanda I appreciate you giving your advice on this subject but I dont think its fair to recommend that men muscle up to prolong their orgasm...its a LOT to ask of people to tone their body when some men who are not-so toned (or have never visited a gym ever) might be visiting us escorts for that very reason.

I realize you may have been commenting on my use of the word "stamina" however I dont think that fit muscles is in any way a solution to this.

Just as it is not important for every SP to have fit muscles, it is not important for hobbiests to be fit either....as there is so much more behind the wonders of being sexually aware than being "fit"

I'm a mature men in pretty good shape,I think :) A few years ago I was visiting this lady, she would give massages in her home. I saw her for a long time up until she retired. She said to me ounce "Do you want this feeling to last five minutes or longer, its up to you." So I began to to book two hours session with her, she had magical hand, to keep a long story short because of this lady I'm able to last 2hrs or more. I enjoy seeing a lady for a long time we get to know each other and trust start to build and I think that helps when you become comfortable with each other and with some of the ladies they would share what makes them feel good. One lady told me that if You treat the ladies with respect, make her feel special and know her body you will have a friend for life. So all that to say controled enjoyment and a good relation helps :) (excuse my spelling please)

Getting older helps. (Not really a joke. It does!)

Premature was a big issue for me in my younger days. I researched a lot back then to understand the physiology and to find methods of control. I tried most things suggested in this thread. They can all help to some extent, but as described by nutty, getting to know your body and the phases you go through leading up to your orgasm is the most important thing. Recognizing the plateau is key. I always called it being "in the zone" because when you're there it seems as though you can stay there forever. You reach a heightened state of erection (hard (and fuller I think), yet de-sensitized... perfect for a porn star performance :motion:).

For me to reach this state, I require a longer gentler climb to the top. A slow build up. That is, longer and less direct foreplay (sound familiar ladies ). I've discovered that my body needs to acclimatize itself to sexually stimulation. Nutty was absolutely correct when he said we males tend to blow right past the plateau... usually not even realizing we passed it. In my experience, when you hit the hair-trigger point, you've gone too far. It is very difficult to recover from that point and fallback to the plateau. Not impossible, but usually with a low probability of success. Once you get to the sensation of the impending orgasm, you want it to continue, you want to complete (Why? Because your head knows it's going to feel soooo good. The little devil over your left shoulder says "You want it. Go for it!").

Masturbation is a great way for a guy to get to know his sexual wiring. Rather than whacking-off, you have to approach masturbation as an exercise in self-discovery and, dare I say, self-love. By doing so you will experience and enjoy not only the finish (which I assure you will be better, if not spectacular), but also the long journey to the end.

However, even a self-ware man, one who is completely in control of his "own domain", can be easily thwarted by a partner's approach and techniques. For example, last year I saw an MPA who, despite giving a fantastic massage, approached the finish as a HJ marathon. She got me off in record time, achieving her goal before I even reached a full erection. For me, the orgasm was a non-event; I left feeling unfulfilled and disappointed.

Now back to Annessa's original question. My advice: treat the guy like a woman. Take it slow. Don't focus only on his genitals. When you play with his penis, play with the whole thing... and don't forget his balls. Lots of teasing and soft-stroking/kissing of buttocks, inner thighs, stomach, nipples... (see, just like a woman) The longer the build-up, before "the final act", the longer the final act is likely to be. Learn the tell-tale signs of a man's climb to orgasm (see previous posts). One physiological change that I don't think was mentioned is the way a man's testicles rise as he approaches climax. As he gets more aroused his scrotum will tighten and his testicles will ascend. One technique I read once to deal with an impending ejaculation is to gently hold the testicles down by putting your thumb and forefinger around the scrotum just above the testicles. I don't recommend doing this. Personally it makes me squeamish (a mood killer even) and I think it could hurt the guy if not done properly. However, this point does illustrate the testicles as an important stimulation sign-post.

Great thread Annessa. Thanks for starting it. Interesting to see that you ladies don't know everything about what makes us guys tick. Perhaps I should contribute myself to your ongoing research and practice (ooh baby, more of that, no less of that, yes, right there... oh yeah baby) lol.

Annessa!

There are different standards for different folks right?

Why do something half away when we could improove a situation

all the way?

You right as sex workers it is too much to ask. But your question was:

How have more stamina during sex?

I saw a PHD gynecologist on Doctor Oz, recommending women to develloppe their core muscles in order to have tight pussy and for males to have more control over their erection.

It makes sense for the pelvic muscles are part of the abs thus a strengthen abs and pelvic = better pussy and erectal control.

The article below it is interesting!

How to Be A Sex Machine

Be a Sex Machine by following these steps. Becoming a sex machine is about understanding the physiology and anatomy of sex.

This article is intended for both men and women who want to improve and enjoy sex like a true "Sex Machine."

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Practice, Practice Practice!

  1. 1
BUILD UP YOUR PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES - To be a Sex Machine you will have to build up your Pelvic Floor. The Pelvic floor is an elaborate system of muscles and ligaments. These muscles form a figure eight around the genitals and anus and are a great contributor to keeping the veracity of this important system. These are the exact muscles that you will need to build up if you want to know how to be a sex machine.
  2. 2
DO KEGEL EXERCISES -You will next need to do Kegel exercises to become amazing in bed. Kegel exercises give you increased control of orgasms. For example, a man will be able to have a more intense and longer orgasm, a women will be able to make sex more enjoyable and intense; they will even make it easier for her to orgasm.

A Kegel can be done by both men and women simply by contracting the muscles of the pelvic floor. How? Well, when you go to the bathroom to pee, try to pee and then stop the flow of the urine. When you accomplished this you are actually engaging the muscles of your pelvic floor. Every muscle (skeletal muscle), can be controlled and use to your advantage, lets now use kegels to our advantage and become a sex machine.

Kegels #1- Try contracting and holding these muscles for three seconds and relax for three seconds. Start with a set of 10 reps and build up to 10 seconds. Remember to breath and only isolate the pelvic floor muscle. Do not, I repeat do not flex the muscles in your abdomen, thighs or buttocks.

Kegel #2-The count down- count down from 30 to 0 and hold and release as many times as possible. This is a speed drill, so try to get as many as possible. As you get better you realize that you do more repetitions in 30 seconds than when you started.

Kegel #3- The Elevator Drop- Just like when you press an elevator to go up and down, choose a number (#7) and engage your pelvic muscles higher and higher until your reach maximum contraction at level 7. Once you reach the desire level slowly release tension back down to 0. Repeat 8 times.

Kegel # 4 -Endurance- Contract and release for one second each. Start with 20 repetitions but try to build up to 50. Once you reach 50, go to 100 repetitions.
  3. 3
SUPPLEMENT WITH OTHER EXERCISES - Control over the pelvic floor muscles will help intensify your sexual experience, but there are other exercises you can do which will allow for you to have flexibility and strength in different positions. Do these exercises on a regular basis to become an amazing lover.

Lunges-Perform lunges in a three plane motion (front, side and back lunge) to isolate hip rotators which are important during sex. How? The hip rotators actually wrap in and around the bottom of the pelvis. By working them out you are building strength and stamina.

Squats-use squats are a great way to improve sex, since they mimic the thrust in many sex positions. Start by squatting side to side then progress to squatting side to side over a 6-10 in step. Do 3 sets of 20 repetitions (10 on each side) and make sure you stand all the way back up before squatting again.
  4. 4
BUILD UP YOUR ENDURANCE AND SPEED - Great sex may not be all about endurance and speed, but it definitely is a huge advantage. Performing long aerobic training, mixed with some intervals in between will help to build stamina and endurance. One of the best endurance training exercises is running since it mimics some of the movements performed during sex. Take long runs (longer than 30 minutes at a conversation pace). Add a small interval (a quick burst of speed -80% of V02max) for about 30sec-1min, then continue to your original speed. As you become accustomed to the workout try going a little longer first and then build on your speed. This will prepare you for the real thing. Try to do long runs with intervals for at least 2 times a week and then build to 3.

Stretching- Running works on many different muscles, most of the ones overlooked are small and located within the region of your hips. These are important for sex. Stretching is important and should be done after running for better results. Stretch most of your hip muscles as well as your leg muscles for at least 20 minutes.
  5. 5
STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE - Work your core to increase your stamina and number of positions you will be comfortable using. The core is actually composed of many different muscle groups which include the muscles in your back, thoracic cavity, hips, and abdominal muscles. Try doing the Plank (like a push-up except you're on your elbows and tip of your toes with your back as flat as a board). This will activate your core muscles and help during sex.

Hold it for 30 sec (if you can go longer start at a higher time, but continue to progress) and rest for only 30 seconds. Start with 4 sets and try to build up to 6 sets before increase the time. Great core workout!
  6. 6
PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! Try to incorporate kegels during the day and night. I enjoy doing a set of 50 during a red light. Kegels can be done anytime of the day, one reason is because noone knows what your doing. Do them at the office, when your writing ehow articles, or even before you go to sleep. These are the bread and butter of performing sex like a machine, because you control those muscles and decide when its time to release. The other exercises are meant to help you develop your skill and use muscles that you never knew you had. I hope you find this article helpful. Have a great time!

Amanda I appreciate you giving your advice on this subject but I dont think its fair to recommend that men muscle up to prolong their orgasm...its a LOT to ask of people to tone their body when some men who are not-so toned (or have never visited a gym ever) might be visiting us escorts for that very reason.

Excellent thread Annessa.

A guy has to control his mind first, then his penis. This can be a difficult thing for us guys to do when we are with new, beautiful woman that we have just met.

1) As prevously mentioned, a guy has to remain relaxed and not start holding his breath.

2) If a guy has trouble maintaing control, then he should be in a position where he has the most control. Start in the missionary position where he has more control over rhythm and depth of penetration. Go slow and not too deep at first. Warm the penis up to the feeling of being inside. He can then withdraw easily once the feeling of no return starts to come on.

3) If a guy is an ass guy, then postpone the doggy position and reverse cowgirl until later. Similary, if he is more of a boob guy, then postpone the cowgirl position until later. Keep the things that excite him the most out of his vision and his mind.

4) Lots of foreplay always helps. But for a 30 minute session you won't have much time for this anyway. So go easy on him. Don't give him a mindblowing BJ and then expect him to last. Give him some "gentler" oral and then he can ask you to step it up a little if he feels he is in control.

5) If a guy has a serious problem he might want to try EMLA cream. It will desensitize the penis. It's available over the counter at any drug store. Just a very tiny dab on the most sensitive part of the penis ( the underside of the head) should do. Do not spread it all over the penis. You will be so numb that you won't get hard or you will not be able to stay hard. Apply it 10 to 15 minutes before sexual activity if you can. Always best to wipe the penis off once it is absorbed into the skin because you don't want your partner's mouth or vagina going numb.

6) Some guys can be thrown over the edge by your voice. So if you suspect your guy has a problem with finishing early, then try not to encourage him by talking to him. Let him concentrate. Keep the "F*ck me harder" until a little later.

Like I said, you misunderstood my use of the word stamina.....I'm talking about the length of time it takes a guy to orgasm as i said previously.

even the most sexualy fit guys have trouble prematurely ejaculating. perhaps I should rename the thread because I dont want these two issues to ge confused or mixed together.

I have seen a few PE guys, and we have found the best way to deal with it is with hj sessions. Also, repeat visits with the same sp. A lot of seeing an sp is heightened stress or anxiety anyway, so repeat visits really set a more comfortable atmosphere. In addition, as mentioned, a real hands off approach, stimulation of all the senses and rest of the body. Also that builds up anticipation, but without a physical touch, that is all that happens.

I find the hj is much easier to control speed, friction, and pressure. It is often better to keep a feather touch, brief, slow and more of a circular, massage motion, and avoid a firm grip with a jack hammer up and down squeeze. Stop and start and stop again; distract with some talk, or by doing something different. For PE the best position is to lay on the back; anything else can speed up things.

Usually it is better to start slow as the finishing touch will still be faster than average, but the journey there is most important and should be memorable. Eventually, with one regular visitor, we started to go for 2 shots. Initially, we thought about it, but like many others after the first one, he is up and ready to leave without even attempting #2. So the entire visit is very short and results in not even having the massage, which is a key part of the arousal process. a quick cum can be less satisfying, if the pleasure and arousal prior to it is not long as well.

Well here are my two cents.

Try "maintain", its a cream that numbs and takes away the sensitivity.

Was told about it but I have never tried it myself.

and has anyone tried it and does it work?
