      Don't want to be a bummer, but those are only baby steps ahead of a marathon.

   Removal of the law is unlikely. The best outcome would be amendments to address unconstitutional aspects of it. And as this is not quite a priority for the time being, this may take several years before any changes are made.

Absolutely. I think the Bedford case took five or six years from start to finish. This one would probably be similar if we didn't have a pandemic slowing everything down.

But we've taken the first step, and that's a big deal.
