No extras were offered, it doesn't seem like it would happen. The massage itself was quite good, very relaxing, she's had professional training. But some SW's advertise under therapeutic/health and beauty services, reason for confusions and awkward questions. The best is to assume it's only a massage until she/he says otherwise.
