I did some googling and found 2 definitions, although the both said cum inside a woman's pussy, one said without a condom, one said with a condom. One website said that it is common for providers in the USA to NOT allow men to cum inside them even with a condom, so that some providers specify CID, the provider in question was Canadian though.
