What does it mean when....

It use to mean negative reputation points which should be impossible with not-so recent changes.

That's super bizarre, because it's definitely not meant to be 'negative' reputation points. The person in question was agreeing with me and providing support... perhaps I'll message MOD about it?

I think it simply means that the person has no rep point power yet...At least that's my inference from having recently seen such blue squares and looking at my rep point total.
