Some haven't because they're chicken, or they're waiting for the perfect time or they need to coordinate certain events or people to make it happen (sex in Paris, France, sex with a gogo girl in Bangkok, etc.). Or sometimes their fantasy is just not realistic. (One gentleman wanted Raquel Welch, Ann Margret and Sophia Loren all together.
