During a recent 2 hr visit with an agency Lady in the Maritime's we got to talking about the "business side" of things like advertising, Indi vs Agency, and hourly rates etc etc.... I mentions this site and a couple of others that she had not been aware of and some of the going rates .. Her amassed Exclaimation was !!! "That Much !! For What!!! What the !@#$ do they do that I don't!!" I had to assure her that there was nothing missing in her service ;)

Although the agency and the Lady in this instance was/is in the "bargain price" range it was one of the nicest encounters I had in all of 2009 and the best bj in years .. but I digress...

 

I am quite sure this has been done before in one form or another but it is worth redoing in the changing economic climate :)

The question Guys is this:

 

Where is your price break, All things "service" equal what is the top price you would be willing to Pay for a Two (2) Hour appointment.

 

I use 2 hours as that is all I book :)

There is a difference in prices from one city to another. Montreal and Toronto are less expensive than Ottawa and the maritimes is also less expensive than Ottawa. I'm not sure what Vancouver is like but I think it's about the amount of competition in the larger cities.

No one said "we" traveling ladies are worth more {well actually someone did but i don't think he meant it the way your thinking}....we just have more expenses then the local ladies..thus we usually charge more..:-)

Rates in Australia tend to be vastly higher than in Canada.

I'm trying to arrange a visit to Ottawa/TO/MTL by some of my mates from Sydney.

but I do find the bit about service being "equal" confusing (at least for feeble brains like mine), since no matter how you try to define "service", it is never equal anyway in all of its aspects. And you can never know for sure until it's all over with and paid for, even with regulars. So I answered based on the simpler and less distracting question:

Just making a comment because knowing it is true, there are some ladies that visit us from Montreal, that are less expensive then other touring ladies from other cities (and including Montreal) and are also less expensive then some local ladies. Just pointing out facts, because it all relates to the ladies rates,options,her expenses, so we often have different rates to choose from as well as menu's/services.

 

The price is never a issue for myself while setting up appointments anyways.

 

It is who I really want to spend time with irregardless of price, and different menu options.

 

I always find myself very intrigued by the ladies tone in a email, advertisement, pictures.

 

I look forward to meeting Service Providers that I have not had the opportunity to visit in the past year

I got ripped on a two-hour, 600,00 $ appointment. Not that the cost was too high, but the service I received was way, way below what I would have expected for 300,00 $ per hour.

I'm not sure what Vancouver is like but I think it's about the amount of competition in the larger cities.

 

Many multi hour rates for many sps are not just a 2xhourly so it is difficult to compare a 2hr session rate to what is a typical hour rate. I think the escort average hourly for safe GFE in Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary is approx 300/hr with a significant number who have PSE rates of 350-400 per hour (with PSE being the GFE equivalent of the East coast (i.e. bbbjs, greek, daty are not included in many indy GFE rates so GFE rates are lower than PSE rates that would include a bbbj (if they do them) and greek). Some indys will double their rate for a 2hr session, some will reduce by 50 so a 300/hr rate will be 550 for 2hr. The courtesan level rate for safe GFE starts around 400/hr and a few are able to charge 500 hourly.

 

For competition, the non-asian sps in these areas do not have nearly the competition that most sps in Ontario, etc have. The number of asian sps is much higher, and that is where you see the lower competitive rate wars. But then you don't see a high quality encounter, just a high mileage and low rate, and maximum time limit usually 45minutes around 120-140 with a 30+ sp. Typically, non-asian sps have no trouble demanding double those rates and not providing the bbbjs.

 

 

Anyone coming to Vancouver out of Ontario or Montreal had best really check the services and rates offered by Vancouver (or Alberta) sps and never ever assume that a bbbj is part of the package, and also expect that greek will be an optional extra. If headed to Victoria, most rates appear lower, but have a lot of add-ons: bbbj, msog, greek, etc will often be charged extra per service. You can avoid A LOT OF disappointment by not assuming the services will be similar to the East lol.

Having just voted and seeing the partial results of the poll, I am a bit surprised at the number of voters for the low-end of the scale.

Hope that voters did not confuse the rate per hour vs these rates which are for 2 hours.

First Thanks All for the great response !! so far ;)

 

Actually in one way I am surprised that there are as many in the higher scales yet then not LOL I'll explane

 

The mean is right about where I expectrd it to be for this comunity (board), IMHO the members here are well established and comfortable in the hobby and the majority of the ladies here are a notch or two above the general population. I think if this same poll were done in a wider sample the mean would be a couple on notches lower.

This is in no way a bad thing :) actually its a good thing; it means that we are a bunch of well healed comfortable guys hobbying with some of the classiest ladies in the business !!!
