brando72 100 Report post Posted August 6, 2007 I have never had an issue with pk, their customer service is outstanding as well as their selection of ladies. compared to other agencies i have used, i feel that they go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I really DOUBT that this whole bait and switch thing was done puposely on their behalf, i beleive that it was a misunderstanding with the young lady anita. I wouldn't bash the agency and i wouldn't blame the agency for being frustrated with this situation. I haven't seen anita or trinity but i'm sure she is what pk says she is because i have never been steered wrong by them. The things that you have to understand as a client is that we have alot on our plates.. I guess that would be another excuse; We're too busy to do the job you guys are paying us for. I think it speaks volumes about the kind of "help" a customer could expect from when resolving an issue. Pics on their site are not fake..they are the real thing. Just because someone is not your taste, doesn't mean the agency is at fault. You have the right to refuse sp's and call back the agency with an explanation. I have never been done wrong by these guys and i think they totally rock and their girls are hot. They are met with personal attacks and insults from the company. As has been proven in this thread the company does bait and switch. I am not the only one who has experienced this, and it's not a one time incident. hey mod, I thought slander got slander wasn't tolerated on this board ? This is done on purpose to be dishonest and mislead the customer. As we have stated, the pic was sent to us.. in trust that it was the lady in question. As it turned out, it wasn;t .. When we were informed we took the pic down immediately, and replaced it with a pic that we took ourselves. As well, She took her pic off her independant ad and is waiting to have professional pics done. And that is the end of the story... Other than Trigger, (who seems to be stuck on stupid) the vast majority of people have accepted it and moved on. Slander by definition is an untruthful oral (spoken) statement about a person that harms the person's reputation or standing in the community. Essentially Slander is what you are doing to us Trigger. By my saying that I think that you really don;t have much of a life and are just looking for something to say that makes you look important. That you are just bored, or just boring to listen to, is simply my opinion of what you have to say. I think that if people want to make false accusations about our business practices, that we make valid and strong efforts to keep so high. Then I feel I have the equal right to assert myself and defend what we do. We get compliments on a daily, and almost hourly basis on the service that we provide I find it almost humourous to listen to some of these ying-yangs go off about BS. Now if this was a reoccuring thing, then there would be some merit to what they are saying. And if that was the case then we would deserve to be banned, and put out of business. But this isn;t the case, so Trigger and whoever else wants to keep it up, fine, keep going.... But I am done talking about this. PK, I think that if you JUST said "Look, we fu*ked up, sorry" instead of making a bunch of excuses and getting down on people, it might be more constructive. The fact is, as an employer, you ARE somewhat responsible for the conduct of your employees. I'm not saying you own them, but I work in sales, and if I out and out lied to a customer to get a sale, and they bought and then realized it...my boss wouldn't be too impressed. But situations ARE different. In your case, maybe it was a "rookie mistake", but don't imply that there's no fault on you, or the SP. There is, so admit it and soldier on. That being said, I have read alot of other threads on this board with a tonne of stellar reviews about this agency and the girls. I've read alot of PKjessica's other respones etc, and have to say I'm not sold on the idea that these people at PK are out to screw (no pun intended) anyone. I've seen the site, the girls are smokin from what I can see, and although I haven't had the pleasure yet, none of this has turned me off on trying this agency...so seriously to all the detractors out there, can ALL these people be wrong? Come on...let it go. They fu*ked up, none of you ever have? Something about glass houses and throwing stones. Okay that's it, let the firing squad begin... I have recieved many emails and PMs of members that are totally on board with what we have to say and are really tired of listening to this stuff. As for our longevity, our business has never been better. And I am sure that if you look at all of the positive posts here online I would say they far out number the negative ones.. Look, if you want an appology here it is Trigger.. Sorry for offending you and getting in your face about things. We are a very hardworking bunch here at PK and when we hear negative things, we get our backs up. The pic situation was a fuck up.. That is agreed!! But as some of the other members have pointed out in most cases the pics we have up don;t do any justice to the ladies presented. All of these things said, I really hope we can (finally) put these things behind us, and actually start talking about what this board was actually designed for. Initialy I too was curious about the photo and discussed the matter privately with Jessica. I had simillar concerns with another agency a few weeks ago as you may have read. In both cases they have come clean and admited there respective errors. They gave the board answers, if you accept them as I did you can move on, or in your case you can beat the issue to death and still get nowhere. You have an interesting interpretation of the law. PK's actions were not slanderous or libelous in any means, if any thing they would constitute fraud, because they misresprented the truth, but not slander. Slander and Libel would be if they posted let's say... your picture and labled you a predator or sex offender. By publicly defaming your character within the community. But they haven't mean while you continue to make pretty harsh judgments and acusations about PK and their operations, but you don't actually have any facts, just your opinion. my two cents. Things will happen no matter what, mistakes....this happens with every agency, and independent. I'm sure some of us here can agree that not everyone will be 100% satisfied all the time. Of course time will tell but for now most of us here are willing to give PK a break and move on. So there is no need to reharsh this over and over to try and convince us otherwise and to suggest that members of this board do not have reputations of fairness.
