Wiinipeg in general is not getting the best reputation for how they are dealing with sex workers and women in general..

Compare this to the story posted about LE in New Zealand dealing with a street worker and her customer who didn't want to pay. They picked the guy up, took him to an ATM, got the donation and delivered it to the sp.
