As a general rule MP's do not give out reciepts.......if they do and get caught they can loose thier licience as an RMT.......... I get a regular good theraputic massage which is receipted, and to be honest is beneficial and enjoyed for what it is. I wouldn't dream of asking the lady to compromise her licence. Very easy to find a good RMT.
