Am I the only one that is sick of people complaining about the snow and winter? I just heard a DJ on the radio complaining about the snow! Hello, you live in Canada, winter is one of our 4 seasons and snow is a part of snow. We only get three and a half months of snow! if you don't like it MOVE! I like snow and I like winter too! But I also love the hot summer weather. BUT I AM SICK OF HEARING PEOPLE COMPLAINE ABOUT THE SNOW AND WINTER! These are probably the same people that cry when it is 35C on a summer?s day that it's too hot outside! I think that we are lucky to have all seasons and that we do have some snow. It?s one of the things I like about living in Ottawa! Sorry I just had to get that off of my chest! It's just the first day with snow and the local DJ's and some people in the office are bitching about it! This is going to be the longest "short" winter I have ever had. I say "short" as it is December 6th and we finally got our first inch of snow and predictions say the snow will be gone by the first week of March. I say ?longest? as it is December 6th and we finally got our first inch of snow and people are already complaining. :x Stop complaining and deal with it!

I am not going to comment on the reason for the probation, I don't know why they are suspended. I will say this though, CMJ is a very professional organization. They are discreet, have very high standards and are very good value for the money. I will also say that suspensions on this board do not always relate to bad business practices on behalf of the provider, but often relate to violation of board rules. If you are basing your decision to not join or visit the place on the fact that they are on probation here, then you are losing out.

Sweet Madison is a sub and subs should not be categorized as liking it rough. Your role is to ensure the sub is treated with respect and you must earn her trust. After all its not all about you its about understanding that to please a sub is to allow her to please you not to be subject her to something she does not want. Well That's my Rant. Cheers and good luck

Hello people I am not sure if is just me (part of me hopes so) but lately I have noticed in a few threads very hostile comments either by the OP or as a response to someone's comment. I don't think this is right. Most of us come to cerb to forget a bit about our problems and leave for a bit the 'real world' aside so if even here we find anger or as I said hostility well , let's just say is not as fun. I know sometimes in particular situations is tough to be friendly and hold our tongue but some of those negative comments I have read really make no sense and do not affect or relate to that particular person. So I'll invite all of you (and of course will start doing it myself) to try to keep the harmony in here and I'm not saying not to express our thoughts but making an effort not to be harsh or aggressive and definitely not insulting others can make a difference in other words ... let's treat each other with respect :) I place a high moral value on the way people behave. I find it repellent to have a lot, and to behave with anything other than courtesy in the old sense of the word - politeness of the heart, a gentleness of the spirit. Fran Lebowitz

Offering a GFE service and actually being a GFE are two different things. There are many unsavoury escorts and agents who will advertise this but when you get there, it's a completely different story. To me, being a GFE is not only offering a more personal kind of service by kissing, etc, it is more in the provider's attitude. One can provide these services but if their attitude sucks or they seem distant, then it really isn't a true "girlfriend experience". I have noticed in my years as an SP that it is not entirely about looks or what services are given, it is attitude and personality. If you have a good outlook towards your customers, you will go further in this business.

The threads themselves aren't controversial they are topics of discussion brought forward in an adult manner. What's controversial is the judgment being passed over many innocent threads and their posters. Some will say that because I challenge the fakers and scammers that I invite drama, true which is why I have a forum for that in the diary. When I come here I expect to be able to openly discuss subjects that can't be discussed openly in other venues and without judgment. Given the subject matter that brings us all to this board we should be able to act like adults, no ? I think it's in our best interest to hold back on being so judgmental. It's one reason why I've stopped participating in discussions here. There used to be a time when we could share ideas and discuss different viewpoints without judgment and maybe learn a little something new about others and ourselves. Lately there's more judgment than discussion going on, my two cents. Judge me if you must.

I am unapologetically someone who strongly dislikes winter. It's not reasonable for me to move at this stage of my life with a career, family, and school in Ottawa. I live for the summer!

What an interesting reaction. I thought this wasn't a review board. But you just, in effect, reviewed my post. The fact that you find a particular practice outside your teapot does not automatically qualify it as offensive. Additional Comments: Hey, Vero, thanks for your reply. I feel a bit dumb now for having written the part about women with lots of tats. Guess it's my generation showing. Actually I think some older men equate women with LOTS of tattooes with other lifestyle choices that might include rough sex. Stupid generalization, I guess

Agencies tend to have a high turnover rate with the ladies so this could one of the reasons why clients don't review. They probably don't want to get anyone's hopes up about a new gem. The girl may be here one day and gone the next or also be new to the business and off the radar so no one reviews her. The client could have also just been looking for a quickie and isn't a member here. I can also attest to the fact that a lot of clients don't review and I have met a lot of cerb guys who haven't reviewed me. I'm not sure why but they have been back to see me so it's not because of a negative experience. I also don't advertise heavily so I'm kind of off the radar whereas in the past, I had a lot of reviews. Some guys just don't review and some just ride the coat tails of other guys reviews to get info, go see the girl and that's the end of it. Or he may just want to keep an SP to himself. Lack of reviews doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad thing.

I have found a few of what I would call my best sp's. They are not reviewed and actually do not want to be. One of told me that they do it part time, and another reason is they like to keep a smaller amount of clients. This also lets the hobbiest get a lot closer to his sp. I do not think that not getting reviewed is bad, but sometimes it just might not happen.
