  1. Or you can try Cowboy Kenny's advice in this thread http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=4384 LOL
  2. I forgot to add that I recently was at 256 Bank and they have at least one room with two bars hanging from the ceiling and if you ask for a really hard massage, the lady puts a towel over your back and uses her feet on you. A few moments were almost drastically painful but overall it worked the kinks out really nicely. I think most masseuses need to realize that too hard on the small of your back is not good. That's the one flaw that most have. The upper glutes and anything above the rib cage are fine for good solid massaging, but the small of your back can be a very tender and unsupported area that needs a finer touch.
  3. I think Ashiatsu looks interesting but I think I prefer a regular Shiatsu using the harder parts of the palms, hands and forearms for strength. But a trapeze over a massage table can REALLY get the mind wandering LOL
  4. I stopped in today and got to meet Tonya. She is a cutie. Alas I did not have my session with the training duo.
  5. There HAS to be a "hand off the baton" joke in here somewhere...or maybe a hand ON the baton joke :handjob:
  6. I finally got around to seeing Jude at Jude Massotherapy. Location is pretty convenient with parking right across the street on the road. (9/10) Room itself is a single room in a building with other offices. It looks like it used to be a home that has been renovated. As there is no shower and the thinner doors make sound carry through them I have to give the actual room a 6/10 Jude's looks? Easily a 9.5 out of 10. She is REALLY cute and fit. She has a great little rack. I would put it up there with some of the best around but maybe that is just my personal taste. Conversation? If you keep it going, she does too. We had a constant chatter going through the hour that was pretty nice. 8.5/10 The massage table was very comfortable and she uses a roll pillow under your feet to help release pressure on the lower back which is nice for those of us with a bit of a gut. 9/10 Her full body massage was nice. I didn't get the therapeutic but even the full body which is non therapeutic had good moments with some firmness on the muscles and some light goosebump forming touch interspersed through the hour. She was thorough on making sure every bit of you gets taken care of. 8/10 Finish was nice but a bit mechanical. She accommodates with giving you a nice view of her fantastic features. 7.5/10. Clean up was the only rough patch. She brought me a warm towel from the bathroom outside in the public hallway and she really should at least get a sink. She didn't "drain" me which to me is a sign of someone newer to the MA side of things. Perhaps a few tips from a few guys will get her taking care of this. It would bump my score here up a good 2 points. 6/10 Cleanliness overall? The place was VERY tidy. I followed someone else pretty quickly so she was putting down fresh sheets when I showed up and the room seemed to be on par or better than most other places around in terms of cleanliness. 8/10 Overall: About 8/10 (averaging all above scores) Repeat: Yes.
  7. Just found the ads. Looks worth a visit.
  8. Cooking oil!!!???? Hmmmmm......I really wonder about how good or bad that is. Hey big dog, is your signature an indication that you are a fan of True Blood?
  9. I'm willing to bet that your ONLY disappointment is going to be the same as everyone. Your time there will be too short. Have fun!
  10. To echo what others are saying, discretion is a very high priority and one we all appreciate.
  11. Jimmy, Michelle at CMJ is Michelle_MA. You might be confused because there is a Michele's Massage in the east end of Ottawa, but that is a business name.
  12. After all the CMJ sessions I have had the past year or so I finally decided to make the plunge and go see Michelle. I had tried to see her when she was on her own a couple of times, but our schedules just never worked out. Well boy am I glad our scheds worked out today. She really knows how to treat a guy who needs a few kinks straightened out.
  13. I think a visit might be in order just for the location alone!! Thanks for the reco.
  14. My opinion of Erica's Barbering Spa 4 Men.... Haircut - 8.5/10 (As good as any First Choice or barber). She will even do your ears/eyebrows, etc if you are a shaggy type. Attitude - 9.5/10 (great friendly personality, very much an "optimist" type of person) Location - 6/10 (would be better but there is a boatload of construction around there and you can EASILY get lost). If you know how to get there, parking is ample and it would get a solid 8 or 9/10. Interior - 8.5/10 - From the outside and walking up the stairs, I was a bit nervous, but the studio for haircutting is very professional. I think her chair could use a bit of adjustment but it held my fat ass up just fine. The massage studio was very neat and tidy with bare minimum. Hardwood floors, a very solid massage table and a dehumidifier made the warmth outside much more bearable and she dressed the table in front of me with clean linen. Looks - 8.5/10 - She is an older pretty red head. She was very nicely dressed when I visited and she dressed in a way that sure showed off her figure. Massage Skill - 9.5 / 10 (she gives a great solid massage with good focus on the muscles of the upper and lower back and she wisely avoids the in between area where massage tends to be less needed and can often be painful) Repeat? Every time I need a trim, she will be the one running her fingers through my hair. For those all asking how to contact her, read the posts...and I don't mean the comments about CL but the other ones on how to get a hold of her. I think half the posts are wondering that and the answer is in the thread....
  15. Club Madellyn Jae Just search on here or google it. It isn't hard to find.
  16. I'm glad we have our very own gold star wearing Sheriff Kenny on the job!!!
  17. That's the million dollar question. I haven't been out that way for quite some time but I would also like to know this as I might be persuaded to golf the highlands more often.
  18. Picture 5 of 6 is definitely Stacey from CMJ and more recently at Aqua/Luna/Oasis. Those legs and tush are unmistakable!!!
  19. Why not read the whole thread instead of taking one post out of context. The thread was about a rash of AMPs getting busted. But if others feel it was a review, I am fine with a mod removing the post. http://cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=6547
  20. As we have been told many times, this is a "Recommendation" board and not a "review" board so for newbies, it means remember one of mom's golden rules. "If you have nothing nice to say......"
  21. No flame from me. You are dead on accurate. And the last line was very well put. It's one of those things that will never be clear but is even less clear if you are an infrequent dabbler.
  22. This is a good thread to read too. http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=3565
