There is the obvious financial gain from working south of the border. Some markets can be very lucrative for those providers that give a great service.

WIT - bang on as always. Those two teams shed their cheerleaders years ago. So it was very difficult to represent both teams in the FLAG social group.

That aside, other teams use the marketing aspects of cheerleaders to bring in fan support, sell merchandise, sell tickets and of course promote social events in the home community. Cheerleaders - good business value, not just eye candy.
