To the massage lover out there I'm sure you are aware of warming massage oils. When applied it feels like regular massage oil and if you blow on it, it will give you a warm sensation. I'm not implying that this is what happened but since you were blindfolded and your hands were handcuffed you can't see what she did. I have no idea where her face was when you felt that warm feeling, she may have been blowing air on it and that would explain the sensation you felt. Again not taking anybodies side here. Just saying...
