    Let me put in the last word because Greenteal, roamingguy, waterat are absolutely right the chance of you having anything is so minuscule that you should not worry about it. I used to get tested every 3 months and I never got anything now I only go twice a year. There are no clinics in my town either but I make a trip to Ottawa to get it done.
