Hear! hear! The only change I would make is: I like to get paid 'well' for my work too but I never hear people say "oh he's just in it for the money." I do enough job interviews to discount anyone who is in "just for the money". It is the passion for the work which separates the professionals from the mediocre. Just my 2 cents.

Maybe a FAQ section covering stuff season hobbiest & SP assume we all should know. Things like put the money on the table without being asked. Seems simple yet when I started out I didn't know this. Yes I googled, got lucky, found a wonderful Canadian site with the basics. However if CERB was my first stop this info would be hard to come by - its embeded in the comment threads. What do folks think ?

A well known Baptist preacher did just that. He was approach in Thailand by 2 very young girls, their basic words were "one hour both of us do what you want". Given the reviews here I'm likely preaching to the choir. Met Leanna last Wed and she blew me away with her wonderful attitude and warm nature. She put me at ease immediately, listened, accommodated my role-playing request and played along very well. I'm not a fan of BJ but her BBBJ comes close to changing my mind! :-) Hoping to repeat real soon.
