  1. In a post I made describing various experiences that were ok and those that were the best. I mentioned a lady named "Victoria" as being not thge best but an OK experience. It was an error on my part and I do apologize to you, VJ. It was in fact a different Victoria. I have actually never seen Vic Jolie (believe me, if I saw anyone that HOT I'd remember). You can all take your turns stoning me.
  2. I have to say HFX fella you gotta REALLY good point there. (As I laugh my arse off here in the process). Very true. East Vancouver. Shit. That's where people get shot while they're getting shot.
  3. Dutch Villiage Road has a "notorious" reputation. A lot of bad stuff goes on everywhere, yes but - this area (Dutch Villiage is a connector to all the REALLY bad areas from The strip mall on the Clayton Park line downward (Main ave, Rufus street, Titus, Frederick, Vimy Ave, Rosedale, Central Ave, Melrose Ave, etc). It's a very bad hood. CLayton Park also has known cold spots that are not the safest place to venture either, such as a large part of the area where Lacewood/Dunbrack connects with Fairview. I refuse to go to Spryfield, Fairview, or North dartmouth. Shit, I don't even go there in the daylight. None of my interests rests in those hoods.
  4. I've also done the "toftt" thing and because of a lot of unpleasant experiences I don't post them, mainly because it is against policy here. Only a few good experiences. Good experiences: Sophie Victoria Mind-blowing PHENOMINAL experiences: Amelia (amazing) Olivia - (the best!) Emily (Next best thing to the best) In looking for a friend with such sexy benefits, most of whom I stumbled onto over time were complete opposites of what they advertise themselves as. Totally disappointing and repulsive to be honest.
  5. Halifax: Gottigen Street Lower North Street Creighton Street Agricola Street Federal Avenue Spryfield in general Dutch Villiage Road Fairview in General Mulgrave Park area (Lower Barrington Street) Dartmouth: North End (Jackson Road, Highfield Park, Primrose Street, Albro Lake road, Victoria Road, and the area behind the Dartmouth Shopping center opposite the Macdonald bridge) These areas are said to be tragic. Dartmouth East area: Churchill Drive, LakeCrest, Caledonia Road.
  6. She's a great lady. Classy, very good looking, and quite selective. Service is great if she likes you. Well, she liked me so I can only speak from experience.
  7. If I answer your question Mod might kick my arse off of Cerb. Does that answer your question?
  8. I do get your point. Asking questions and engaging in mild conversation is how I find out if there is connection. I think your issue is all in the manner in which I composed those questions. From a contextual point they do appear to be bold and "in your face" types of inquiries. But how will I know if I don't ask? You are right - no one is going to come out and say that they are fat, unhealthy, and ugly. There are quite a few of these out there though. Not here, but they are out there. I happen to have standards and I do not compromise on those. A woman has to be attractive and healthy to attract me. I am picky. My bad experiences have only been those who engage in that "bait and switch" that another member here educated me about. That happened twice in blind situations. The most obvious deceptions are age and weight. Sometimes girls exaggerate the mathematics. Perhaps some people do not care who they share encounters with. I do though. FYI - I have had great experiences also, and please don't take offense to what I wrote. I do not require a 3-d image. I just like some transparency. Reviews are what they are. Some are real. some aren't. I get that. I dpo prefer to limit my choices because I just want to spend time with someone on a regular basis. someone who I get along with, can share with, and connect without the commitment of a dedicated relationship. Friends with benefits they call it. Does this make sense? Why with a "service provider"? ... I say why not? I do not judge nor do I express any prejudice.
  9. Oh yes, I do understand when you have to repeat the same thing over and over again it becomes a monotonic function. The solution to this would be to open a website perhaps and she can direct people to it. I prefer to date those who actually have websites. A little transparency goes a long way. Agree?
  10. I don't raise or lower my expectations as a client. In a blind situation I do expect her to look and be as she describes herself in the event there is no website or image anywhere to be seen. This is a unique service industry whereas the service is impressionistic of fantasy and a sexual relationship. It is not a usual service such as that of a restaurant. If I was at a restaurant, I would be there to order food. I wouldn't care how good looking the waitress who is serving it is, or how old she is. (pretty waitresses are certainly nice to look at though, don't get me wrong). If I am going to engage in an erotic or casual dating experience, I will only do so if there is some connection. If there is no connection, then it is not going to be an exciting and memorable experience. To be frank, without connection it just isn't going to happen. Let me tell you something. One of the gals I met on a blind looked like a facking mummy. She told me she was 28. I'm serious. She had to be 50ish and totally unappealing. She was nothing that she described herself to be. That was a total waste of time. I prefer picky women. Younger than 35. If I'd have asked more questions first then this could have been avoided. Ask the right questions and listen for obvious clues of deception. Solves the problem. Not everyone is deceptive regarding what they are all about in relation to service and appearance. Some are though. Good reputable service providers would understand! Like I said. I am picky. Lots of people smoke grass. I don't smoke anything. I don't drink. I don't even drink coffee. If she smokes or drinks it is not the end of the world. I like sober women who smell good and not like burnt grass or leaves. It is all about preferance. The ad is only as honest as the one who wrote it. If she appeals to me based on my standards then great. Obesity, ill appearance, super model look and attitudes, and poor hygiene are no no's. If you ask for sa general description, depending on the individual, it sounds as if it is scripted. Those are clear indicators. Consider it the cost of doing business. She'll get over it. The service is only as good as the one providing it. I prefer to ask questions to ensure quality. it works both ways, remember. There has to be a connection and it is not about get in, get er done and get out. That is not good service.
  11. Here is a great example of a bad experience without actually naming the party. Amelia wrote something in a another section in the forum here about her discomfort with certain clients during "oral proceedings". I really admire her for putting her issue out like that. It is not the individual rather it is the action. Although common in many aspects of sexual experience, the "roughness" of certain actions does create discomfort for some women. So, because she finds the experience uncomfortable and teeth gritting, she voiced her thoughts and set the rules. This can work both ways. If one of us guys have one or more bad experiences, we should share the experience without placing any name tags on it. One of my bad experiences was being told by a girl that she was athletic, blonde, and attractive. However, when we met, I was still looking for this other woman. It was very awkward. She was obese, brunette, and smelled funny - like burnt rubber is the only way I can describe it. It is like she just left a tire burning event or something. It was rather horrible. I told her that she wasn't my type and I split. Jeezus, what a sexy little kitten that was. There does seem to be some misleading during duscussions with some girls. I suspect that they are either trying to pique interest and curiousity so an encounter will occur, or she is totally convinced she is some or all of what she is not. I ask questions, such as: Do you smoke? Do you do drugs or abuse alcohol when dating? Age? How tall are you? HAir color? Physical condition? You don't have a penis do you? ... I ask questions. When we meet, and I find out that the answers are lies, then I am outta there (especially if she lies about not having a penis). Don't kid yourself. Anything is possible.
  12. Is there a place to share the not-so-good experiences? Service providers have a special area to share bad experiences. What about the guys who have bad experiences? It's only fair. It's not like you can call the Better Business Bureau, now. I have had some good experiences and well, some bad ones too.
  13. You know what would be cool? Pick a spot in the HRM somewhere, develop it, and call it "Swingerville". Everything is done naked. A haligonian Hedonism. Our Anthem - Swingerville ... (in a Margueritaville melody) Nibblin on nipples With butterscotch ripple My boy's gettin hard, he's heavy as lead Hey babe I'm your lover N' you knew I'd discover That strap on and lube hidin' under your bed (Chorus) Bangin' away again in Scotia's Swingerville Amelia is so friggin hot Emma's away n' can't come out today n' play What a drag, Kinda sucks to be me Rebecca and Amber Alone in my camper Gettin real cozy as I walked on in Rebecca's hot boobies N' Amber's home movies I done passed out 'cause I drank too much gin (Repeat Chrous) Oops!
  14. Aw Kate. So you are coming to Halifax when? Nice pics by the way. You're slammin sexy.
  15. I had two wild moments that I just can't distinguish as being better than the other. Well, better is the wrong word. Let's go with "ridiculously insane" as a more fitting descriptive. 1. In a canoe out on Grand Lake. The key to success is all in the position. Missionary, doggie, and a sitting-upright position makes the adventure wild. Don't spoon though. You'll tip the boat and fall out, literally. That's what happened the first attempt at it. We said aw Fack it and let's do it in the lake. 2. In the back of a pickup truck being driven off-road. That was fun I gotta say. Can't do doggy though because, as with spooning in a canoe, the same consequence applies. (Yes, tried it and I was the one that got bounced out of the back of the truck. Good thing we were in the backwoods trails and weren't going too fast.) My next wild experience is going to be out on the lake, but on a tube being towed by a boat. I got the boat, and the tube. Need a driver and partner though. Any takers?
  16. Hey Wrink I see what you mean and I think what we have done is described both sides of the fence in this matter. It's all good. Communication and knowledge makes thing go 'round. Now, you had me thinking so I decided to play devil's advocate and I went out and "TOFTT". I braced myself. Gritted my teeth the odd moment. I was pleasantly surprised.
  17. That's facking hillarious :eek::lol:
  18. That is a very good point. This does present some credibility. However, Cerb is free, and transparency is optional rather than restricted. Let's look at it this way. Anyone offering a service of this nature knows about Cerb. How could they not? Cerb is popular. Newspapers do present the limitation associated with such transparency from this sector of business. Advertising and word of mouth is how that service industry survives. I don't think I have seen a blood curdling 400lb gorilla in our domain here. So, transparency will generate the most business for that sector. If there is deception involved whereas someone presents false images or something that is considered "user unfriendly", then this can be exposed and webmaster and moderators can make the assessment as to whether or not the individual is banned from using the site. The CH doesn't give a rat's arse about that. They just care about collecting the ad fee. So, it is possible that some of those in the CH and other related publishings avoid Cerb because of it's knowledge of that individual. Why would they go somewhere to advertise and interact where the person is known for being terrible or user-unfriendly? I looked back through many past posts and there are all kinds of indicators of this. For instance, a girl changing her name and data on a daily basis, and being exposed about not being the individual in her pictures, a drug user, yadda yadda. The CH provides shelter for individuals like this. At least agree with me on this one and I will not raise the argument again. I didn't say it was an impossibility. :-| Did you write up a recommendation for her? I opened this thread as discussion about recommendations for CH advertisers.
  19. The original message was not a rate issue. It was more or less a think-out-loud (brainfart) into what paper ladies are all about. I just hear about them and wonder why they aren't here on Cerb. If they are of good personality and service, why would they hide behind paper? If paper ladies charge less than others, well that is their gig. Quite frankly, a low rate in any sense to me means low service value and quality. I would agree with you there, Red. Service marketing descriptives such as "budget", "discount", "specials", "buy one get one free", and that sort of language intertwined in business illustrates something that I tend to avoid. I like to get to know someone, not everyone. I have time for someone. Comfort and mutual exchange without commitment or expectation. Value is the friendship - relationship. This is because I seek someone that will be a friend with lots of other benefits rather than an hour of something here and there, and totally fake. When I say fake I mean the role play that service providers may have to action in order to make the recipent feel that there is value and quality based on his/her expectation. I don't dig human commodification. It is two people hanging out and doing what ever the fack they want and exchanging common interest and friendship along the way. So, a service provider who prefers to keep it business and only business, some people prefer that. I prefer to have 1 pal and remove service from the equation, but share in mutual benefit in friendship. Ok folks, put your fiddles away. It is good for this sort of thing to be put out there in case some "service providers" actually want what I just described.
  20. Uh, Well. Hmmm. That's encouraging. What are we dealing with here... fugitives? Not something I would call too savvy.
  21. Hi Emma, You intrigue me. Nice twins, by the way! I stumbled upon a couple of posts not long ago from you. Something about a "chair". I certainly hope that it doesn't require electricity, or anything pseudo-erotic . TOFTT. Take one for the team.. Ok. So if I get mangled by some 400 lb gorilla named Ke-Yootzy, are there any disability benefits that come with this coined tag line?
  22. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder is it, Emma? Well, you are certainly beautiful (when I say certainly I mean ABSOLUTELY); but what I wrote up there above doesn't necessarily relate to appearance. It is the character/personality of some. That's all. There is deception involved with some I am told. However, in my lack of experience here in Halifax I can only go by what I am told. A woman's beauty can be tarnished by the smallest incidents. For instance, her showing up smelling like men's cologne. Not one hair on her head pointing in the same direction. Or, saying hello with a wide smile and there are chuncks of pepperoni caught between a few teeth here and there. Not that this has happened to me, but you really just don't know. Again, I am told of things like this happening to others and it is frightening. A read a lot about etiquette, and what women require of men. Be clean, be nice, be relaxed, be humble, be horny, and be on your way when it's done ... that sort of thing. I would prefer to meet someone who illustrates etiquette and is willing to communicate to ensure that the experience is excellent. Maybe I watched too many reruns of The Waltons in my youth. I dunno. Lastly, what does TOFTT mean for fack sakes?
