  1. Kissing isn't essential, but I really, really enjoy it. For me it always turns the switch and immediately brings me into the moment. So, a big plus, but not a deal breaker.
  2. I'll take C and B vitamins and the occasional oils, but it's always better to get your nutrients from foods. I don't eat meat, so I have to think a little more about where I'm going to get my protein and iron. I usually only supplement when I know I haven't been eating well (usually because of business travel).
  3. Testosterone levels start to decline in your 30s. It's normal. Very low testosterone can be associated with obesity, diabetes and some of the other maladies mentioned here. Don't assume though that it is low testosterone. Depression, stress and blood pressure issues can have similar effects. See a doctor. Get some tests done. You can drive yourself crazy with web searches and self diagnosis. In the meantime, get some exercise. It's good for all the above.
  4. There are tattoos and there are tattoos. Some are art. Some are graffiti. It's impossible to generalize. Even with well done artistic tattoos, I prefer a sense of proportion, symmetry and consistency. I don't like the skin to be overwhelmed with multiple tattoos. For me the body is the work of art. The tattoo is just an embellishment.
