  1. I checked and Kay no longer appears under "Staff" at the Mix Salon & Spa (she DID appear on that website until relatively recently http://www.mixsalonandspa.com/ ). Does anyone know whether or not she still works there?
  2. There is the possibility this might be Victoria formerly with Linda's at 969A Wellington? I heard that she left recently.
  3. This ad has been reappearing in the Sun recently: KAYS BYTOWN MASSAGE European Registered Physiotherapist Specializing in Massage Treatment to provide relief for sore backs ,sore shoulders tennis elbow, hip & knee pain & sore joints Over 35 years Exp. Tel: 613-863-9333 I believe that this is Kay of Kay's Massotherapy on Wellington which closed shop a couple of years back. Does anyone know whether Kay has opened a new location or is this an ad aimed at her former clients to bring them to the Mixed Salon & Spa? Has anyone visited her at the Mixed Spa? PM me if you prefer. Any info would be helpful as I would like to reconnect with her if she is back in business.
  4. You are right - I stand corrected. The 'little binoculars' essentially means 'don't hold your breath'. I also checked on netflix.ca but they have no listing for either Karmina or K2. Looks like you will have to go the Amazon route.
  5. If you know anyone who is a member, both Karmina and Karmina 2 are available through Rogers Video Direct (http://www.rogersvideodirect.ca).
  6. Need more info to actually answer your question. You almost certainly have a VGA video output port (probably already connected to your monitor). Unless your HP is relatively new, you probably don't have a HDMI output. You could purchase a male-male VGA cable (like this one http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4558928&CatId=73 ) and connect your VGA out to the VGA connector on your TV (assuming it has one!). Nearly all newer LDC/Plasma TVs DO have a VGA input for this purpose. It shouldn't be necessary for you to buy a new video card or the like. Good luck!
  7. One site I regularly visit is http://www.darwinawards.com/ . More stories here than video or imagery but these tales of woe are often amazing and, despite the outcomes, genuinely funny.
  8. Recently enjoyed my first visit with Jude. I was impressed with her, her straightforward manner, and especially with her competence as a masseuse. Really enjoyed my session with her and am planning to return. A shower facility would be a very nice addition in the future but, for now, I can live without it given that Jude is still in a 'startup' situation. She has a real talent for making one feel relaxed and at ease - an essential and critical part of the experience for me.
  9. Can you be clearer about this cost? PM if you wish. Thanks.
