Great topic. It is more than just saying "thank you", "ma'am" and "sir", it truly is a way of life. Do you return the shopping cart to the cart corral or leave it out in the of the parking lot where it could damage another vehicle or require someone else to move? Do you wait at the elevator to see if anyone is getting off before you rush into the cab? Do you change lanes on the highway to allow another car to enter? We all can do the big things, but it is the small things that give some insight into who a person truly is.

I usually don't ask questions going in the door. Once in the room, the question of services/fees comes up fairly early in the session. If everything is agreeable, so be it. If not, then I don't partake. The MA knows what she wants out of the session. If it is beyond what I want to or can provide then it is what it is. I have left more than one MA a bit unhappy because of this, but in the end, there is a business end to this. Regarding fees, I usually don't negotiate down. However, if I have visited the establishment before and the services/fees seem out of line from prior visits, I may ask why but usually don't try to talk the fee down. Take care, :)

Long time hobbyiest but relatively new to Ottawa. This is a great thread. Everytime I meet a new lady, my nerves are on high alert. In the early days, I was not comfortable with this happening. Over time, I began to realize that it is part of who I am. I am confident with who I am but have come to understand that being nervous is just part of build up. I'm a bit nervious at first, the ice is broken and then there is the relaxation. Sometimes it take more than one visit (oh darn, I have to go back for seconds, or thirds, or.... :) ), but after the ice is broken, I have had many great experiences that go beyond just the physical aspects. Usually, there is a bit of nervousness with the lady as well. When she is not, I wonder just a bit. Will she be mechanical and treat the visit like an assembly line?
