And I don't get this. This is at least the third time this has been expressed in this thread. Why would someone assume an SP could willingly provide a service directly opposite of what she advertises? Especially a service as polarizing as bbbj vs cbj? Am I missing something by taking an SP's website at face value?

it's not a make or break thing for me, but of course I prefer bbbj, however IMPE 2 out of 3, all of whom advertised "Safe/cbj" dispensed with that right from the get go...no discussion of it and without my even asking....although to their credit, they did ask me if I was Ok with that...

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I repeat with all of them

High protein, low - no carbs (bread, potatoes, soft drinks etc), delivered in several small meals a day seemed to work in the weight loss phase...with portion control, and no carbs after 7pm. I lost +40lbs 2 years ago, and while I have re-entered many food items now (with portion control), and have a lot of activities as exercise, I have kept the weight off.

You're not really supposed to be looking at others, but it is hard not to have a glance here and there...the ladies, at HOT yoga especially, are usually very fit, and dressed for the temperatures...it does add a layer of excitement for sure.

I am an "older" type guy, and I thoroughly enjoy it...miss it when I cant get to it (vacay/business trip etc)...

Totally recommend you try it, and stick with it past the possible early feelings of discouragement as it gets better with practice...go figure..

Complete with a cake and party hats they supplied, I had a birthday duo this afternoon.
