I'm thinking of booking my first 30-min appt for FS, as opposed to the usual 60. Is it ok to forego much of the initial getting to know you conversation, and try to start things going within the first few minutes?

And when that happens, we'll see providers offer sex without a condom. I don't really know what will happen of course. I've just seen things that were unheard of and non-negotiable, become part of today's experience.
