I love girls that have an intellectual side to them , I love having conversations and knowing that they are quite engaged in today's society other then drinking and partying 24 7. I'm just saying I'm not bi or lesbian but when I see a girl I think Is pretty I like knowing that she's not just a pretty girl but someone that's intriguing not only to the eye but mentally to the brain . The inexperience speaks for itself . Intellectual wise and mostly everything else but the way they act now they would have never survived back in the days when girls didn't tolerate that shit nor did the management. But management doesn't help either by favouring girls either , you need to be fair and to say the least it's not about being fair but having seniority. New girls come in start drama and all the sudden. When a house girl has been there longer says something she gets kicked out over the new girl how in any world does that even make sense that's fine you can favour girls but your now letting them control you and how you treat the other girls especially without realizing what your doing or how your doing it. So yes I believe the younger generations is what ruined our industry and I know a lot of girls before my time and in my time would highly agree. And guaranteed all girls would be making more then more 1000$ each night as we did before but these newer generations managers and owners don't know wtf their doing excuse my language . I completely agree. With every thing you just stated! The best is when they say their not taking any dances or they are just relaxing maybe later come and see me , and not even 2 mins after I leave their upstairs with another girl. That's how I realize I'm not their type or he's just a pure ass and can't be honest. I've also tried approaching clients and not even before I get to the table the guys already telling me to talk to the hand and basically not interested but not even giving me a chance to introduce myself ... like WTF is that all about excuse my language but that's pretty rude. With most clients I can tell when they like the chocolate ladies , and I'm pretty comfortable helping out one of them beautiful ladies. I have one client that actually compensates me for finding him a chocolate lady. And if he likes her dances afterwards I'm guaranteed more compensation for my time sitting and chatting but without dances even if the girl is making a lot of money from him I'm making a good amount too. Those were the days when clients were respectful and understood the job we have to do but I don't think these days they quite get it. I'm not sure if I'm making sense. I'm not a fan of the 19 to 25 year old guys , because they usually go for one or two dances and they are so rude and obnoxious when drinking. Although I have had a good share of young ones that actually know how to tip the dancers on top of the owning amount in champagne room dances which I like and quite surprised most older gentlemen don't even do that. Think about it guys? You spend 200$ it wouldn't hurt to buy the lady a drink or if she doesn't drink and the drink may cost 10$ would it hurt to just give her the 10$ instead of the drink. That being said about taking dances isn't mandatory I have been to fannys in the northbay area and it is at least a 3 song minimum of dances if you go in the champagne room which I liked but your right clubs aren't mandatory for dances although why is it that it is one drink minimum mandatory to be allowed to stay in the club ? I have seen clients order one drink and stay in there for hours ? How is that a fair deal I think all clubs should be dances mandatory requirement to be able to stay in the club even if you take one or two dances and or with one of the ladies you feel like spending on it ! I feel like clients only clap for girls they like you ever notice tho when girls clap for other girls and then when they don't . But yes it is a dying industry . I think clients don't like to clap for some girls because they don't want to give them a thought of coming over and asking for dances. I'm not sure what it is really . But at pinks for as long as I've known clients to always clap for girls . They always showed appreciation or complemented you even if they didn't take you for dances. They were always so kind. Well let me tell you both Friday and Saturday night was packed up after midnight and to be honest no one was really clapping so I don't think it has anything to do with the atmosphere of the club or how busy or not it may be. It may just be a girls performance or the girl and her attraction on how she looks or carries herself. Good days and bad days when it comes to clapping or no clapping. So I'm it sure what's in the air these days to be honest and no sympathy needed on that daytime girl thing I give it to them they've been there along time a lot of the clients that have been coming for 10 or 15 years is because of them so it's great to have customers continuing to support not only the girls but the club. My apologies ,what else can we possibly do to help attract clients on clapping for us ? It doesn't seem like much helps these days. I completely agree with you I have had other clients ask that question too. Well I guess because sometimes girls get the impression that whoever claps for them may want them upstairs but it sucks that they don't clap or they clap for most girls and then some girls they don't clap for I don't clapped for most times I don't get it what am I doing wrong what are the girls doing wrong that isn't attracting the clap?
