If you get hung up on age, there are clues in the pictures that she is probably at least 10 years + older in person then the advertised age. I'm not saying that as a negative, just my observation.

I suspect most provinces are the same but I only know NS. In NS everyone is entitled to own their own business under their own name, as their name, without having to register it with NS Joint Stocks. That gives you a chance to have your own business called "Mary Jane" for example if your name was Mary Jane.
